The male bartender was extremely rude. Our group of 17 stopped on St. Patty's Day. They were not busy, yet when we went to the bar to order our drinks this man seemed very put out at having to wait on us. Would not do food and drinks orders together. Too much trouble. When the food came it wasn't as ordered. Decided to pack and leave. Won't go back. Too many nice places in the area that would appreciate a group of this size patronizing their business.

Went out to try this "new this and improved" restaurant/bar. Ha what a joke. We attended their bingo event tonight. My husband and I order a bacon cheddar burger to share from the menu that is listed as "temporary menu" Burger was extremely over cooked and fries were cold. We ordered a side of garlic cheese curds again not even warm. No service at table. To place a drink order we had to go to the bar. To place a food order we had to go to the bar. No one came to clean our tables, we had to take our empty glasses and plates to the bar. Owners asked like we were inconveniencing him to be in his bar.

My husband and I came in for a fish fry. Walked in and no one greeted us. I finally got the bartenders attention and she said "seat yourself". We sat down and waited...and waited.... My husband decided to go to the bar and get us drinks while we waited for our server. The bartender told him NO. She said "we don't do that. That's what the wait staff is for". Again we waited.... We decided to give it another few minutes when our server finally came. In all, we waited about 20 min. We ordered drinks, an appetizer and our fish fry dinners. When the server brought our appetizer, she plopped it on the table. No plates. No utensils. We ate our potstickers with our fingers since we couldn't get her attention. She finally came over and asked how they were and then she blurted out, OH, they must've been good cuz they're gone. i said, they would've been better with a plate and utensils. She laughed and walked away without taking the empty plate. While waiting for our main entrees, a woman (same woman who would not serve my hustand a drink at the bar) came over, sat down and said she knew we were getting very bad service. She gave us 2 complimentary cards worth $3.50 each to be used at the bar. She said she would look at our bill and do what she could to make things better. While at our table, the server came and brought us the wrong entrees. Our food finally came, but we still had no utensils, so the server brought us ONE set. ONE!! There were 2 of us! While eating, the staff was breaking down every table around us because a band was coming on at 9:00. It was 7:30. It was very loud and disruptive. We got our bill and the server said since we had such an awful experience, they would comp our drinks, the appetizer and one of the fish fry dinners. We looked at the bill and they did no such thing. They comped us $20. One fish fry was $15. The appetizer was $10. Plus there were drinks on the bill. In all, they even lied about making things better. I can't decide if the staff is stupid or badly managed. We have never not tipped accordingly, however we left no gratuity and left the 2 drink cards as well. I have no intention of ever going back. If you appreciated slow, ignorant service......this is the place for you.
