Its A Great location to have a bite to eat and drink after floating down the Turtle Creek. This is your normal rural bar. They had some outside seating but not enough available for our group of 9 A great waitress took our drinks orders and returned to take our orders. We started with some appetizers, my personal favorites were the cowboy ball , a breaded ball made with corn ,cream cheese and jalapeño. They were yummy and not to spicy. My 2nd favorite was the pulled pork tachos, ( tator tats) loaded with cheese, tomatoes and soir cream. The kids got pizza they thought it was great. The BLT was made with Texas toast and fill with nicely cooked bacon. Everyone was very happy with there meals and the service was great. Also for 8 kids coattails, 2 beers, 2 mixed drinks, 5 appetizers, 5 sandwiches and the pizza and the bill was just over 100.00

Met friends to watch the bears game and there was a huge meat raffle! Great food and drinks. Staff were friendly and service was speedy!

I've only ever had the fish fry and it never disappoints. Free popcorn while you wait... although it seems like you grab a beer and your buzzer is going off before you know it. The fish fry is delicious--usually share a piece of baked and fried with someone. The loaded potato is a unique side that I enjoy. Friendly service!

Very good wings! Also loaded tatter tots are good. Gave fish another try it was good but I definitely prefer and highly recommend their wings. Have come here once a week for the last 3 weeks for the wings. Yumm! Friendly service. Ordered lunch for work here last week and they even delivered it to Beloit for only $2! That is cheaper than some local restaurants that were set up for delivery before the pandemic! Impressed..

I have tried numerous food options from here and I have never ever been disappointed!! The service is always on point and weather you want breakfast, lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed! Don't leave without getting the cowboy bites !

Best fish fry in southern Wisconsin or northern Illinois Worth the ride and was well worth the wait on busy dinner hours.

Fried cod was very dry. My husband loves fish fries and we have been to numerous restaurants throughout Wisconsin. This was far from the best fish fry in the state in our opinions. Sides and drinks were good though and prices reasonable.

My husband and I went to Shopiere Tap this past Friday for the first time. My husband had the fried cod and I had the fried cod with the grilled cod. Everything was absolutely delicious! The fish is seasoned to perfection. Great food, great little bar with a scenic view and a great server! We will be back.

We've tried fish fry all over the region, there were a lot of contenders, however this place is hands down the best we could find. Usually find ourselves waiting for a table because the food is so good, they have a nice outdoor area with picnic tables to visit while you wait. The staff is very friendly and you'll usually find the owner pitching in to help his staff make sure everyone is taken care of. This place has become our go to for fish......at some point we should try their other food, I hear it's just as good.
