Owner's response to the state re complaint about being charged for items I didn't order. I tried to work this out with the owner.
Petty owner. Charged .75/tax each for three cups of water.

Just start of lunch so most of the foot traffic was to go orders.

How to eat a Suburpia Sandwich
Unwrapped as soon as I got home. Little bit of oil pooling after the taking the sandwich out of the bag. Very soft, yet firm roll.
Best Old School Subs Ever!
Going to miss this location.

Not sure if the oil has a good amount of spices in it or those come with the onions. Lots of cheese, enough meat and heavy on the oil.

Honestly love this place. Good price for the subs. For lunch it comes up cheaper than many places in the area.Awesome bread and the oil & seasonings for each sandwich really make it.If you are new to this perhaps ask for light oil. It can get out of hand sometimes.

I ordered delivery off of their website. I ordered a davey jones salad with no cheese and extra spice and a camp David with extra spice and onion and mushroom soup. Upon delivery I received the davey jones salad without the tuna on it. I called the number on the bottom of the receipt and DoorDash informed me they cannot issue a refund because Suburpia is the one who has the payment information. I tried calling around 7:45 when I received my meal to inform them and they did not answer the phone and I tried again today and it just rings. I would like my refund back for the salad and outrageous service fees of delivery since all I pretty much received was iceberg lettuce with tomato and seasoning. Attached is the photo of the 'davey jones salad' . I also wrote an email with no response from them!

If I could give this negative stars I would. Store is filthy and dirty. Tables and chairs were sticky. New employee made a mistake. I get it. He's new. Trying to resolve it but the owner (Marietta) was so rude.Finally contacted the state for resolution after trying again and again to get it resolved w the owners. Finally got a refund with a nasty gram from the owner. Letter was filled w lies.That was my first and only time eating there. What a waste of time and money eating there.

If you want a lousy sub sandwich this is the place to go. Ordered a "Goldcoast" and brought it home. Started to eat the sandwich and thought something wrong. Opened the sandwich and only TWO thin slices of meat in side. Also the bread tasted like it was old. Sat down and wrote a letter to the manager explaining the problem in detail. It's been over 3 months and counting and haven't heard a word back. I guess management doesn't care about the quality of their products or public relations. Try a different sub place and you should be happy.
