Fantastic attentive service. Really good food. Clean, lively, atmosphere. We stopped for lunch and will definitely be back. I had a char broiled burger and my husband had the cod fish fry. We both loved our food. Perfectly seasoned and prepared. Can't wait to come back and try more!

This was the new restaurant of the week so I stopped by for lunch to check them out and the place was mostly packed but people kept coming in until all the tables were taken and most of the bar was full. Service was probably the slowest that I can remember in a long until I realized one person was behind the bar and only one server working the restaurant which is nuts to keep letting the place fill up with no staff so everyone is going to suffer with crappy service, 12:24 on a Sunday afternoon.The place is a a sports bar with a bar on one side, cramped dining room in back with hi tables on two wall in the front. Breakfast is served until 1pm on Sundays. I ordered a Bloody Mary spicy and the cheesehead burger rare with up priced onion rings. Chips only come with the burgers unless you pay for an upgrade to a better side which is so low class because this country has been serving burgers and frys since about 1921and potatoes are very cheap to start with, chips is major food peeve of mine. The Bloody Mary was above average with a nice presentation consisting of a cucumber, green onion, celery, smoked meat/cheese stick, half slice of a mini pickle, chunk of cheese, olive and a pearl onion.The cheese head burger is 1/3 charbroiled with a pretzel bun, white cheddar cheese curds, bacon and choice of cheese cooked rare for me. The burger smelled good with the onion rings. The onion rings were very crunchy with a tasty batter. The cheeseburger was cooked perfect with a nice char flavor. The bacon was crispy. The pretzel bun was a little hard and the bottom started breaking up and falling apart as I moved into the center.After seeing the circus of two servers and the uncontrolled level of people allowed to fill up every table knowing there was no way of anyone getting good service at all was amazing an to mention the 20 minutes after I finished my meal to get my check. I did leave a 40% tip for the madness after all but it was absolutely ridiculous.

Went for fish fry, portions were very small even though advertised as "generous " portion. Rye bread was very dry, fish was definitely cooked from frozen and rubbery.

Visiting from out of town, came to visit this location, which appears many of the locals gather. Simply, good food, good beer selection, great service and nice atmosphere...Thank You!

The food here is average pub food that you've likely had elsewhere. I say that in case you were thinking about traveling here from somewhere else. It's not worth a trek for anyone because you've likely had this somewhere else.Average gets you 3 stars. But the sound levels here didn't really make sense. I am not sure if whoever is playing the music here is partially deaf, but I think we all will be if we keep patronizing this place. I couldn't hear the person across from me. We both had to lean forward to talk. The guy's review below about the ear plugs isn't really hyperbole. Not sure what the issue is but this is an easy one to remedy. Service was friendly but slow. It took a while to get the check to leave. We had to track someone down after a while because it was getting on the long side.

Our waitress was Sara who recommended the clam chowder and it was delicious, no, it was the best clam chowder that I ever had. We all got the fish fryfecta which was a combination of blue gill, walleye and cod all were hand breaded in a light batter but it was a little greasy for me so the next time I will get just the cod. After looking at the menu there are other things I want to try and they get busy fast because the food is so good. It's a bar atmosphere with tables to sit at, but we sat outside on the elevated porch in the nice 80 degree weather. The music was great and we could hear it on the porch. I highly recommend this place that is if you like good food.

Pretty sure their tap lines are dirty. Went there yesterday with my friend and boyfriend and it'll be the last time. My friend and I both got blue moon from the tap. Boyfriend had jack and coke. We all felt sick today, I've had an upset stomach while they actually both threw up. And we each only had 2-3 drinks so it's not like we were loaded. I've been to this bar a few times before and I wanted to like it because it's walking distance from my house and it is a nice looking bar. But it's really loud inside and seems very cliquey. If you're not a regular (which I'm not) you definitely get treated differently. Food was always just mediocre as well. None of us are real drinkers but we've never gotten sick like that from just a couple of drinks so I'm positive it was their tap lines. It was the firsttime I had gotten a drink on tap there too.Sucks cause I'd love to have that convenience nearby but now I definitely won't go back.

The service was good. A cute little bar, but I paid $45 for a prime rib that was way overcooked had no flavor at all, and they served me a baked potato with hard cold butter on the side. I know it's not a big fancy restaurant but if you're going to advertise and serve fine rib and charge $45 it should be delightful. It should be yummy. Your baked potato should be piping hot with their butter on it. So thumbs down for the food.

Not a bad place for a quick bite. Mostly bar food with a couple specialty items. Server was nice but had too many tables so service was slow.
