The Marquette Cafe

Rode my bicycle here for a mid morning breakfast with friends.The staff was awesome!!! Yes, it's an iPad ordering system, but our waitress was super available.We all liked our meals, and I selected to "make it a meal for $2" which added sides to a few of the menu choices.On our visit, the front window was open letting in the wonderful fresh air and sunshine. There are both indoor and outside seating options--- nice!I needed a passcode to use the washroom, but it was quickly provided and the room was very clean and modern.Thanks! I'll be back!

Wonderful breakfast experience! It's so rare to find a restaurant that has so many vegan choices and non-vegan options-the perfect blend. The banana bread French toast is a must try! Dog friendly. Super kind and helpful staff. Overall, total home-run.

Went here because it was affiliated with the hotel we stayed at. Nice little cafe with easy to use ordering terminals (ipads) that you can order food and drinks at. The silverware and condiments were self serve on a table. The food was delicious and served fresh. Great value place for brunch!

I cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem. The cafe recently had a make-over and it's impressive! The food is delicious and inexpensive. I'm vegan and greatly appreciate all the vegan options they offer. If I lived any closer, I might be accused of stalking.

This used to be much better. The prices recently increased and portions seem smaller than before. Now, you no longer enter your own order (there used to two iPads for customers to use, no longer there). Now you need to wait in line for the hostess to place your order. Be savvy if you go - entrées include two sides, but the hostess didn't remind people when we were there and the price appears to remain the same without the sides. Gone are the tabletop hot sauces, though the hostess will bring a tiny serving (sufficient but harder to handle than a bottle). I miss the old place. Food was merely okay and not very warm. Ambience is a nice neighborhood cafe with some comfortable chairs and booth seats, but some of the seats are "butt pinchers" if you've got hips.

Amazing service for an order-at-the-counter kind of cafe. The young woman at the counter was helpful and accommodating and the food was so great! Really good veggie and vegan options. We got the burrito and added vegetarian sausage to it and the açaí bowl and added peanut butter and both were so delicious we forgot to take pics!

Food was good and prices were reasonable, but our food took nearly 40 minutes to reach the table after ordering. The avocado toast took the longest, taking 45 minutes. Do not eat here unless you like to drink coffee for 45 minutes before eating.

Excellent, quality food for the price. The pastries are amazing. The espresso is strong and smooth. The location is also super unique; nice neighborhood with shops. Staff is also very friendly. I recommend!
