We had our wedding and reception at The Loft and Chapel and are very happy with the outcome. The grounds and reception hall are beautiful and were perfect for our day. The food was delicious at the reception and we got so many compliments about it. The staff was helpful with tear down and did not flinch twice at some of the challenges we encountered. The officiant did exactly what we asked for our ceremony and it was overall a beautiful day!

Attended a wedding here. The ceremony was held in a smaller room and was cozy and personal. We exited that room and went into the reception hall. It looked beautiful. It had table linens,Small centerpieces and dimmed lighting. The food was good. Was it high end gourmet- no. But I felt everyone was happy and enjoyed it. There were 3 meats (ham, chicken and sliced beef)along with green beans, salad and dressing, rolls and butter, fingerling potatoes and mashed potatoes, it was all good. See picture. Prior to dinner right after the ceremony while the wedding party were doing pictures-there was an appetizer time with cheese, meat and crackers and veggies with dip. All good. The servers were all pleasant and smiling. We had a great time. The only downfall I could think of was that people from multiple celebrations (more than one event takes place here at one time) were there and outside in the dark parking lot and when it was time to leave- it wasn't easy to see if people were there. A little scary for departure time.

Where the vows took place was small & kind of cramped for the wedding size I was with. Not sure what the event hall says capacity is. Also the layout, construction, and sound Ariosto for guests to hear literally everything that the wedding party are saying from their prep area. Aka-awkward... I heard it all. I just chuckled, but too bad something could be be done to improve it. Wedding space next to reception is a plus. You just walk right over. The space is on the rustic side. Lots of wood beams. Many Christmas type lights, too, but it was set up rather nicely, actually. Major, major issue with the bar. I didn't have cash on me when I ordered my first drink and the bartender told me the minimum was $30. THIRTY DOLLARS?!?! I have literally been out to so many places, many cities, many events, I have never heard of a minimum that high to use a card. Not only that, the wine was very cheap (and tasted cheaper) so to make $30 is 5-6 drinks and I don't think anyone should ever be forced to drink that much, that's unsafe!I talked to the manager about the high price/alcohol volume the "minimum" was, or whoever was closest thing to a manager that night (I was told). Oh my god, this person shouldn't be allowed to talk to people. He was horrific is his professionalism, as in he had none. He preceded to tell me how long people are there that they can keep drinking 5-6 drinks. Lime pushing the consumption. Many people had to drive when they left, how in the world is this pathetic man arguing with me how they are trying to force guests to drink more than they want to responsibly drink? This establishment ought to be ashamed of this policy and his comments. Hugely inappropriate and irresponsible. If someone where to leave there and something happen based in their "policy" I think it'd be grounds for litigation. At their end of the night with only two or three drinks on my tab, I asked her to close me out and was ready to pay cash. She went to run my card that I gave her earlier anyway!!! After all that about the $30 they don't enforce it. Sigh... They also stacked all the chairs to open the dance floor and didn't taken them away. Just left then stacked in the reception, no problem - just ignore this eyesore! It's lazy they couldn't remove them from the event. More on the wine... it was not from an actual bottle. It was a larger size clear glass jug. It came from somewhere. A box? Then they repackaged it in this clear lass jug I am guessing and also used a berg like with booze so it's a measured pour. It was terrible. The food was basic, sliced beef, those potatoes that look like they come out of a can and I only choose those because the mashed looked like they might have been from power or flakes. Yikes, can't win on fresh here but again not sure of the options they were given from the event space.I'm sure the place is inexpensive so I understand people choosing it, but it was honestly one of the worst venues relative to any other place I've personally attended for a wedding.

If you are planning a wedding, and want the process to be as easy and stress free as possible, then you definitely want to check out The Loft and Chapel at Cedar Ridge. They are a one stop shop for everything that makes a wedding happen. Catering, wedding cake, DJ, photography, bar, decorating and ceremonial services: they have you covered. And if you don't have your own personal minister to perform your ceremony, they can provide a non denominational one for you. Recently, one of my best friends got married here. Throughout the whole process, the staff was very helpful and made everything come together for my friend and her husband. The chapel and the reception hall were beautifully decorated. Lots of amazing pictures were taken by the photographer. Dinner was served buffet style, with many options to choose from, and was delicious. The bar and dining staff were friendly and did an excellent job taking care of everyone. And the DJ kept the party going all evening with great music, the traditional wedding dances (Bride & Groom, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son), and the wedding party Grand March. All in all, it was a wonderful, fun filled day that created a lot of memories that will last a lifetime.

Highly recommend! Jeff and the staff where great! This one stop shop has many options to choose from and make your wedding wonderful! We chose to use their photographer and Dj and we're very satisfied with their work. The bartender did a fantastic job keeping up with the amount of cocktails ordered. The food was really good especially the parsley potatoes! All of the guests complimented the look of the venue lit up and decorated, thanks again Jeff and team for making this a day full of memories!!!

I had my wedding here in September, 2019. Everything about it was fantastic! Jeff was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Is was my one-stop shop. They had the hall, chapel, officiant, DJ, food and even made our cake. It was all very reasonably priced as well. They let me store cheese and vegetable trays along with a vegan meal overnight, so it was ready the day of our event. They ordered a vodka that I specifically wanted for the bar and even went out to purchase more after my friends drank most of it before I got my second drink. The food was excellent! We had many compliments. The cake was also great, and I'm a cake girl. The staff was also great the day of our event. I just can't tell you how impressed I was. I would highly recommend The Loft and Chapel. Thank you for making our day so special and stress-free. I wouldn't have changed a thing.
