The Ice Bowl

A quirky spot with excellent service. Primarily a stop off for the lazy river rafters but some regulars and randoms pop in. They have a menu of sandwiches and pizzas. Both are solid bites...The bartender was working her butt off and communicated well. We were not able to see the live music but they have a little stage area. It is cash only so bring some or stop at the ATM.

I'm not sure how this place hasn't been rated yet? Five stars-always. The ice-cream is awesome, but the people make this place special. Owners are usually on site and always coming up with new ways to improve an already near perfect spot. The Ice Bowl sits on the bank of the river, with a tiki bar, food, frequent live music, sometimes rock painting, bouncy house, frog collecting and release, bean-bag toss, football throw and more. Sometimes folks float up from the tubing adventures offered, which is fun. Great great vibe for all ages!
