A great place to take a break! Whether you're biking, driving, walking or just visiting, The Hub is a welcoming place. It's right downtown, across from the park and next door to the L.D. Fargo Library with lots of street parking.The Hub is located in a beautiful Queen Anne with lots and lots of dining space. The veranda has limited seating but in nice weather, it's great to dine al fresco.Hours are somewhat limited, for now, it's primarily a coffee shop, featuring Colectivo Coffee, with breakfast sandwiches and light luncheon sandwiches. There is a bar in the back that offers adult libations but it is open limited evenings.I didn't order food but the folks at the table next to me had toasted bagels that reported were excellent. I had a berry-banana fruit smoothie that very enjoyable after walking around downtown.If you find yourself in Lake Mills some morning stop in and give The Hub a try.

It's a lovely place. I absolutely adore the fact that its located in the heart of Lake Mills and in a house - can't get any better than that. The folks who run this place are truly wonderful and I've have nothing but great things to say about them. The furniture is well kept, the bathroom is clean, and the eating areas are always prepped for visitors. They have a cute little shelf with items for purchase as well. Awesome beer choices and the food is amazing. I usually come during the breakfast hours since I love breakfast :) I hear they have music events but I haven't attended such an event yet. I'm sure it's really good :) All in all, it's definitely a place you have to visit. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Super cute! We love walking here in the morning with our 2 year old. There are lots of games for her! Also, the wrap around outdoor porch is very relaxing. The food is good.

Met the owner on Easter Sunday while their family was doing a scavenger hunt had a great time. Enjoy the company came back fai my sister's birthday to go to the hub for dinner. Had a drink at the bar with Logan the bartender he was amazing sat down to have dinner waiting for at least 10 minutes for a waitress who couldn't even say her name or welcome us or smile and was very saddened by the atmosphere and the music somber music. I thought we were going to all commit Suicide, really we left without even ordering really sad owner didn't even bother to come out to our table only table in restaurant at the time really upsetting sad to say no go

My wife and I were going out for supper on a Friday evening and found The Hub by accident. We chose to eat outside because of the nice weather, however, the inside dining atmosphere seems to be rather nice. For appetizers we had some meatballs that were really great! My wife had the Salmon and I went with the two piece Walleye for dinner. Not only was the fish spectacular but who gives credit to mashed potatoes and broccoli? I do! Usually vegetables are not something to brag about, but the seasoning on the broccoli made all the difference! Along with the rest of the meal included a salad, two small pieces of toast and some coleslaw. This was a nice find and worth going back to! The chef brought us our dinner and the wait staff was pleasant. Sitting out on the back patio was nice and quiet.

Phenomenal food, drinks and dessert! The Live music was perfect. We got Parmesan crusted salmon and bacon wrapped filet mignon. It was incredible! Great service, beautiful house, and perfect location as well.

Love the yummy small plates and all you can eat brunch on Sunday's in a restored Victorian home atmosphere. Very fitting in such a cute town. Would 10/10 recommend
