The MOOSE has THE BEST ice cream in Wisconsin and Tom serves the most generous of portions! Deli is a well kept secret and perfect for a lake cruise chips & sandwiches, Chicago style dogs or even the walking taco you can't beat this place. Bottomline: Fresh and tasty. The frosty moose is the perfect beginning middle and end to William's Bay stop off the lake. Super cool people and they work their butts off to make everything special!

Nice selection of ice cream, drinks, and more -- kind of a souvenir shop and convenience store and ice cream shop all in one. Good sized scoops, and friendly, if not too helpful, staff -- it's okay, they're busy.And speaking of busy, this place gets slammed in season. Figure that into your visit.

The perfect summer treat! Everyone loved the wide selection of ice cream flavors and the many possible combinations of soft serve options (moose flavors). We had to go back two times in a row just to try more of the menu. They have a great little patio in the shade outside and are walking distance to the lake. Friendly service as well!

Good selection of ice cream. Very busy place in the summer on the weekend, be prepared to wait in a long line. There are other ice cream options, even down the street. Give this place a shot but they are not the only game in town.

How can you not stop to try a place called The Frosty Moose?! The name and sign outside drew me in and the place didn't disappoint. It offers a variety of scoopable ice cream flavors (same brand sold by Long Grove, IL's Covered Bridge Creamery, for those who are familiar) as well a bunch of soft-serve flavors. The staff was young and very helpful and friendly. We ate outside on the patio, next to a funny sign that described how delicious the ice cream is. The soft serve was great and we enjoyed eating outdoors. I'd definitely recommend stopping here for a cool treat!

Craving some ice cream and we stumbled across this place. Small little location but a great selection of ice cream. I had Black Cherry and Zaripan which was like mint ice cream and chocolate (I think). Anyway it was really good. Nice little area outside with picnic tables to enjoy as well.

A great local spot for some ice cream after a day at the lake. It's a family tradition! The staff were friendly and the portions were generous. Love that the ice cream is from a local dairy. I tried the rhubarb crumble and it was a delicious taste of summer in a cup.

Oh my goodness. Okay on top of a million delicious ice cream choices, they have absolutely amazing sandwiches. I got a Turkey sandwich with all the fixings on a HOMEMADE pretzel roll which was still soooo warm. One of the best sandwiches I have had to date. Not from the area but would literally travel an hour for the pretzel roll sandwich! Definitely worth a stop, would be a perfect pit stop before a beach and boating day!!

Yes, the Frosty Moose is our family's favorite ice cream place. But this week, I stopped by to order a corned beef sandwich. It was terrific. If you are looking for lunch to take to the beach or to head home with, absolutely stop here. The meat was generous, the condiments fresh and tasty, and the nine grain wheat bread was terrific.
