The Florian Event Venue

I'm writing this review as a wedding guest only, so cannot comment on pricing or the planning experience.We attended a wedding at Florian this past weekend, and thought it was a pretty great venue. Everything seemed well-organized. The wedding was outside. Right after the ceremony, we were ushered to the cocktail lounge and patio for drinks and appetizers. The apps were good, bruschetta with a balsamic drizzle (nice touch over plain bruschetta). After about an hour, the ballroom opened and we were able to be seated. The fixtures and furnishings were nice and well-kept. Dinner was great, too. Nothing fancy, but it was tasty. (The fish was really well done!)Overall, I'd definitely consider hosting an event here.

The Florian was the perfect spot for our wedding reception this past Saturday! We loved every thing about the venue, and the event planners (Stephanie and Danielle) were amazing to work with. We always felt like we were in the loop and had every question we had answered in a timely manner. Our reception turned out beautiful, even better then we could have imagined. I will most definitely be recommending The Florian to everyone I know, and can't wait to be back as a guest! Thank you guys so much!

I recently filmed a wedding at the Florian. Since I am a videographer I see a fair number of venues. Besides the quality of food and basic staff services, the event coordinator went above and beyond to make sure all involved in the event had all of the information and plans needed to make the event proceed flawlessly. Most couples are not aware of the behind the scenes attention to details that an event venue coordinator can provide. Stephanie at the Florian was a great help in making my job easier to provide the couple with great video coverage.

We just had brunch here and it was HORRIBLE! Oh my, everything tastes as if it came from a frozen dinner. Disgusting and defiantly not worth $20!!! When we asked for a soda we were informed that they carry "off-brand" cola. They make their own chocolate milk that tastes horrible, barely a chocolate taste to it! Their selection was not that great either. The staff working there was friendly and that is the only reason why I'm even giving them 1 star. I can't even imagine what the food tastes like for weddings and banquets! Your better off making food at home!

My husband and I got married June 26th and would highly recommend our reception space to others. They managed our 300 guest count professionally and smoothly. We had nothing but positive remarks about our plated dinner (both service and food). Their outdoor pond, patio, gazebo, and willow tree are all wonderful photo opportunities for both you and your guests. We especially want to acknowledge our event coordinator, Stephanie, who went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion.

My husband and I had a hard time trying to find the perfect place to get married at. We came across Florian Park on a whim and had to check it out. Immediately after pulling in we knew this was going to be the place. Kelley was our initial coordinator and was great! We had our wedding and the reception at Florian Park and I can only say outstanding things about it! Every single person we came in contact with, especially Stephanie, were absolutely amazing! They were accommodating in every way through our wedding planning process! We received so many compliments on the atmosphere, the food, and the staff. The food was to die for and the ambiance was wonderful! I'd highly recommend Florian Park to anyone. Thank you for such an unforgettable night!!

We had a memorial gathering at the Florian, the event coordinator Kelly was absolutely wonderful with the planning. She took extra care to ensure the event was what I wanted and it turned out to be spectacular. We have received so many complements on the venue, service and food. I would recommend having your event at the Florian.
