The Explorium Brewpub

Had a good time with coworkers on a Monday night! We went for quizmaster trivia - its was not very busy and we easily found a table for our group of 6. I ordered their seasonal cocktail the Sunset Sour and it was very good. We also got the pretzel and hummus tray to share. Get the addition of the beer cheese very delicious!Our server also kindly broke up our bill into 5 separate ones which was very nice.

Rather disappointed in the transition from Good City Brewing to The Explorium Brew pub. But it's expected that a transition is never easy especially for the first couple of months Food didn't taste as good as the Southridge location Service was great considering it's a new menu to relearn and to run the way the new owners want things doneNothing has changed between ABV (many years ago) then to Good City Brewing and now transferring to The Explorium Brew pub building wiseRewards program has yet to be transferred over

I was hoping for some improvements in the food and ambiance with the change from Good City to Explorium, but was left very disappointed. When we arrived, we noticed they moved the entry door and host closer to the parking lot. This makes sense, until its freezing cold out and an arctic breeze whips through the entire restaurant everytime someone enters or exits. We went specifically to try the gluten free fish fry, this was a success and glad they offer it! However, the banh mi sandwich we shared was almost inedible with tough and chewy meat, couldn't believe they served it and the server had told me that 'people really like it' (can't imagine who those people are?!). Maybe I'll try it again when the weather is warmer.

Stopped by on a Thursday because we were in the mood for bar food. We used to go to ABV quite a bit and they have the same setup still. Unfortunately, the prices on the printed menus were more than what they had online. And, they had an extra 3% surcharge for no reason which they had in super small print on their seasonal specials menu. We were able to get seated and order some beers on the patio from happy hour so that helped save a few bucks. After that, it filled up quick with bigger groups who moved a lot of the tables together to accommodate their groups. Our server was nice and was quick with drinks and a box, but you could tell she was busy with all of the groups. The food was okay. The curds were good but could've used more. My burger was burnt a bit and both of our buns couldn't withstand the weight of everything on there, which I guess is a good thing. The curry fries are just dusted with curry powder and definitely can use some salt. The beer was good but nothing special. Not in a hurry to come back but would maybe go for the patio at happy hour.

First time trying Good City Brewing - Tosa and enjoyed my dining experience. Came in on a Thursday evening - seat yourself environment with plenty of options. Our server was prompt with taking drink orders and making recommendations. They have a special menu each month in addition to their normal food menu. I loved the Bloody Mary, which had a nice level of heat to it. The burger was cooked perfectly and the curry fries were a nice change of pace. Highly recommend the sweet potato fries too. I appreciated the variety on the menu!

First time here. Service was very slow. I ordered the chicken wrap with blackened chicken and curry fries. The wrap was falling apart and too spicy. Other than that no other flavors. Very plain. Wouldn't recommend. The fries were just ok. My bf had the fish fry and he said it was good. I dont think we will be returning anytime soon.

We sat outside for the first time and the experience was more of a fast-food restaurant. We had to place our order inside and take our drinks with us and help ourselves with the rest. Our food was taken to our table and nobody came to check on us at all (not even when we gave a good tip in advance!). Regarding the food, it was good and we enjoyed it.We walked back outside after placing our order and sadly discovered a birth that had crashed on the roof by the front entrance. If this has happened before, can the business do something about it? I realize there is cristal all over but if you see this happening often, please try to do something about it.

After unsuccessfully attempting to go to the Deer District location last night, we ended up here. The place was decently busy but we had no trouble finding a spot at the bar and getting prompt service.My mom had a seltzer that she enjoyed and I had one of Good City's imperial stout offerings. Very boozy so glad all I got was a taster. Mom ordered the Reuben and I ordered their Brie Burger special, both with the curry fries. The curry fries were well seasoned and tasty. The Reuben was good but the contents were minimal; it could have used more of the corned beef and more sauerkraut. The burger patty was good and cooked to my specifications, but I tasted the burger and Brie and none of the other toppings really. There was cranberry mayo on it but I didn't taste it at all. I'd likely try one of their other burgers if I come back. We had good service at the bar and were well taken care of. It's a good size place and not difficult to access, with its own dedicated parking. Pretty decent addition to the Mayfair Collection, just maybe not our best food choices.

Good city. Great beer! Get here tosa and support this fantastic establishment. You know Dan likes it.

I have been to this brewery twice. First time was most enjoyable great service good sandwich. Beer was also good. Second time bartender, first ignored me, then took my order. Never once looked at me again till it was time for me to pay the check. There were three people behind the bar and perhaps 12 people total inside and outside Covid is over to earn your tips again
