The Cruise

First time here and was very disappointed not, impressed. Restaurant is big and open, not loud, which was nice. Service was good but food was mediocre at best. This restaurant has a very limited menu, which I knew going in, so no big deal, however when your main item is pizza, I expect it to be good; it was terrible. I ordered the piggy luau pizza: cream cheese, cheese, pineapple, bacon and Canadian bacon. Everything was from a can, the pineapple chunks were too big and fell off immediately, the sauce has no flavor and the crust was blah and bacon was from a bag of real bacon pieces. They did put a ton of toppings on, but they weren't good. My daughter had the kids meal cheese pizza, which she didn't like either but it did come with fries and cinnamon apples which was nice. My husband did enjoy his fish fry very much so that and the good service and ambiance gives my review 3 stars.

Went here for a Saturday night dinner and had great service! It was not very busy but quickly picked up! Server was very nice. Delicious classic old fashioned. Loved the pizza and wings. We had the all meat pizza and it was delicious! The fries had great flavor and seasoning! Will be back to try the fish fry!

We're going to have to eventually try something other than the fish fry here. It is really good though, so I guess we'll have to make a trip to the Cruise on a day other than Friday!What can you say? From the fish itself, to the accompaniments like the clam chowder, to desserts like the flourless chocolate cake, all the food is great. They also have some good bartenders who can make a really good drink. Top it all off with some of the lowest prices around (especially drink prices - as in martinis for $7!) and you've got a real winner!Venture out to Waterford for the Cruise. You won't regret it!

Cruise on in to this small Waterford bistro for an elegant, simple, and warm experience. Yes, you'll recognize every item on The Cruise's menu, however they put their own spin and presentation on every, single, dish. Their kitchen expo needs a raise! Bravo! The pork belly fries were both intriguing and satisfying. LOVED both the chocolate deserts and drizzles that adorned them. Service was exceptional (large group) and the owner checked on us a FEW times to make sure that we were satisfied. The Cruise checked every box and hosted the perfect boys night out.

Pizza & drinks were good. Yummy appetizers too. Really liked the cheese board. We went on a Saturday night.

The food here is amazing! I highly recommend "The Spotted Cow" it is so damn good! The atmosphere was amazing, the waitress was really nice. It's very good quality food and very delicious if you're ok with a small wait but it's honestly worth it

Name should be The Curse! In fairness, the old fashioned's were very good, as was the service and that's about it. Ordered broiled cod on the Friday Fish Fry and the fish was dried out. It had to have sat under a heat lamp for a while. We also ordered the boneless wings with bbq sauce. The wings were clearly poured from a food service supply bag and were not even recognizable as any part of a chicken. They were soaked through with grease and heavy, thick bbq sauce. We gave them back and had to ask to have them removed from our bill. Our server had to obviously make the gentleman, who I assume was the manager/owner aware of our issue. I feel he was not 100% wanting to give us the credit. He also made us feel as though our issue was not of any concern. I would have expected him to at least check with us about the food, but instead failed to take the opportunity to speak with a dissatisfied customer and possibly apologize for the poor quality.We'll just make it easy for him and won't return.People who have submitted reviews saying this is good quality food must be used to eating out of dumpsters.

Excellent pizza, fish fry(perch) appetizers and Old Fashioneds! A must stop for pizza, apps, old Fashioneds and dessert!

Expensive! That's pretty much the end of the story! Really not worth it! Food was just ok
