The Beer Gardens

This is a neighborhood bar that is tucked away and hard to find and might be unfamiliar if you're not familiar with the Kenosha area this bar is in the residential area and just this in itself is pretty cool however the bar was filled with many drunk people and it seemed pretty sticky and dirty and again they don't seem to have too many people working to clean up and attend to the needs of everyone in here. A disappointment overall

We go to the Beer Gardens for fish fry. The fried and baked walleye is very good. They also carry a gluten free beer. One of the hardest thing I had to give up when going gluten free was beer. My husband asked the owner to carry the gluten free beer and the owner said he would. Every time we go there to eat it's in stock. Wow. That's service. The place is friendly and accommodating and delicious. We recommend highly.

Went for the Friday fish fry and it was really good. We will definitely go back. My husband especially enjoyed the walleye.

Now under new ownership the beer gardens is back and neighborhood friendly once again. The bartenders are very good and friendly locals are well behaved and the food is to die for kudos to Randy and Lisa for bringing back a neighborhood icon and doing it right!!!!!!!

Try their broasted chicken, definitely worth the wait. Huge portions, great price. The staff are nice and friendly. This is a cozy, warm establishment. We will be back!

Great hole in the wall... cheap beer and stools

$14 For beer battered cod. I got three pieces, two pieces were the size of golf balls and one slightly larger. Fish tastes like if comes out of a food serve bag frozen like Gordon Foods. I had a baked potato, I do not eat rye bread or coleslaw. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. If the fish piece runs small you should get two for the "one" piece. A bar that has NO TAP BEER OR SODA. Dining Room is VERY small. Some floor tile missing. I will not return.

We visited the Beer Gardens tonight for the Friday night Fry and it was great! The Walleye was a generous portion, seasoned well, light and crispy- so good. We had loaded baked potatoes and the coleslaw was the best. The service and the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, real down home. We will definitely be back.
