The Bar - Oshkosh

This place has your standard bar food so there's not much to report. The mozzarella sticks / egg roll might have been homemade? The reason for such a bad review is out waitress was one of the worst I've experienced in 56 years of being on this planet. She was a 20 something tall skinny with black long hair. The place wasn't very busy and every time I looked over she was as sitting at the, I also watched other wait staff do the same thing. I think the group of 6 of us decided we shall never return.

Went to the bar tonight and had a horrible experience with the staff being unprofessional and rude. I paid to play my music on the machine there, which so happened to be Korean music and I think that has a part behind this. In the middle of the song, a staff member comes over and shuts the entire machine off (as instructed to) to play the game instead. No warning, no apologies or offer of compensation, just straight shuts the entire machine off mid song in front of our faces. I had to go up to the staff themselves and ask for my money back, which they did comply afterwards but it's about the principle and the way it was handled. If this wasn't a targeted racist action, and if music wasn't allowed to play during this time why wasn't the machine turned off ahead of time?

Great crew, food is ok lots of booze available , but we ( my grandson, his wife and I do not drink liquor or beers. Wish them luck and success in downtown oshkosh

Whoever makes the wings is a genius they always come out perfect and delicious definitely stop in here if you like bar food

Stopped in today to catch a game- great place- lots of TVs - friendly staff and burger was delicious- everything you want in a sports bar!!

WOW- let me just say I am so happy there is a bar in existance that actually makes celiac-friendly fried food! I have never once in my life been able to have fried food without getting sick until THE BAR!!Staff is always nothing short of friendly and sweet- and the gluten free cheese curds and onion rings, and mozz sticks are out of this world!! They are also very accomadating with their drink selection and special drinks requests. I really hope they never get rid of their gluten friendly appetizers and fryer!!:)

My wife and I were staying one night in this area and wanted pizza. Had one delivered to hotel. Fast service and good pizza for a reasonable price. Three things we look for when eating out.

We were here for the Waupaca Boatride volleyball tournaments.For our purpose, we liked the facility for their indoor sand courts which they just added sand to. Before I would have given the place a lower rating because the sand was like clay, very hard surface to play on but now it's much better. They also have a few outdoor courts as well.The restrooms are always kept up and well maintained.During the tournaments, the bartenders are very attentive, filling pitchers of ice water for the players.The draught beer selection was rather weak, but they had a larger bottled selection.We got the burgers for food, which were good. It appeared the patties were fresh. Go with the sweet potato fries!

I ordered the vegetarian version of the Hawaiian flatbread ( no ham).They put tiny pieces of ham under the cheese anyway. Vegetarians beware they will poison you with meat.

We stopped in last fall,,place seems to be always busy, it was near where we wanted to go and wife wanted to try it and wanted fish (me too) ,,met some other people going in and said they go there every friday and food was good,,went in they were busy but not super busy, waitress took our order and we waited and waited, and waited, finally got our food, started eating and found out they put a seasoning on the fish,,wife hated it ,,didn't tell us about it or even note it on the menu,,first piece was ,,,,,ok, but 2nd piece had to work to get down and the 3rd piece ,well the more you ate the less good it tasted , never will go back,,,and actually for the number of people eating the food took longer than it should have to be served.
