Always a favorite place to eat! We make it a point to stop by here any time we are in the vicinity. The bagels are fresh and delicious. The fresh hummus is awesome. The staff are always kind and helpful. I usually get an everything bagel but since they were out I got a spinach bagel. Just as delicious!

You would think for mediocre coffee and bagels that's just one tier higher the Dunkin' but more expensive they could get an order right.

I usually don't give reviews, but I feel this one is necessary.I am from FDL originally but have lived in Denver, CO for last 25 years.I always like to come back to FDL to receive the good Midwest hospitality.I had the opposite today at this establishment.I had to stop at the UPS store for a drop off and knew I would not make it back to my parent's home to get on a work call so I thought I would order a coffee and sit at this place.My mom was with me and planned to order and sit and wait with me while I finished up a short call.So, for starters, we were not greeted at 12:15 PM on this Friday with a hello, we were greeted with a "we are closing at 1 PM." Well ok, hello how are you I said. We ordered our items. I asked for the WIFI password and explained we would be there until closing time due to my scheduled work call.After we let them know that we would need to be there till right at closing time and then would be out of there, this is when the rudeness turned to a level of almost abuse.As soon as we sat down to try to enjoy our food and drink, and get on WIFI the Vacuum cleaner came on full blast. ( I assumed that would start after the customers were out)After I sat there for the first 5 minutes of my call trying to hear and trying to listen, I decided well this won't work, so I went to sit in the bathroom) since I did not have any time to bag up my things and go someplace else.My mom went and sat in the car. There was only one other customer in there and two bathrooms, so in the midst of trying to figure out how to comprehend my call and move around, I got settled on the floor in the bathroom.At around 12:44 PM the door started to be knocked on. I put my call on mute and opened the door (at this point my client was wondering what was going on) I asked the very unfriendly man at the other side of the door what he needed.He said we need to clean this bathroom NOW, Please get out.I said I am sorry I will be done at 1 PM.He proceeded to slam the door open and scream profanities at me.Needless to say, my client was light hearted about it, but I got nothing out of my important call, my mom was mortified she suggested this place. We both left feeling speechless about what just happened.I can see maybe being treated this way if I came in to use WIFI and not spend 23 and expect to be treated as a customer.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT A VERY WELCOMING PLACE and BELOW AVERAGE FOOD.

In town so stopped to get my bagel and lox, as always workers were very efficient and friendly, business eating area appeared spotless, however there was a broken light globe near register that's an eye catcher.

I love the breakfast veggie bagel! Always have great service and love that they sell day old bagels. Cute cafe on Main Street, has a cozy atmosphere. Great place to stop!

Sweet, an honest-to-goodness bagel deli in central Wisconsin. They have coffee and sweets, but breakfast and lunch sandwiches are where it's at. We paid a mere $13.08 for two sandwiches and two drinks. "The Lighthouse" on toasted everything bagel was so delicious--turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese & sprouts.Bonus: bags of five day-old bagels for only $1.50.Demerits for using one of those rotating towels in the men's room. Shudder!

I used to be a huge fan of this place, but not long ago it changed ownership and I feel the quality has suffered a bit. The bagels here never achieved the chewiness of boiled bagels (they skip that step) but they did have a bit of chew to them and a nice denseness (is that even a word). Now, IMHO, they are way too soft and fluffy. Not something I look for in a bagel. I still enjoy this place and it still the best place in town to get a bagel, but they just aren't living up to the quality I had expected from this place.

My ideal bagel and sandwich shop. Good assortment of bagels and cream cheeses. I ordered the Lox on an onion bagel. It came with cream cheese, red onion, and capers. Wow was it great! The bagel was light, fluffy, and delicious. It would stand alone as one of the better bagels I've ever had. Put it together with the other ingredients and it was fantastic. I would come here every day if I lived in town.

Get yourself several of their onion bagels, take them home and put one in the toaster. Your family will thank you.Alternatively, get yourself an onion bagel with tuna salad and eat it in the store. Your stomach will thank you.

Ive lived in the area a couple of years and never knew the cute shop was here. If you want breakfast or lunch this is the place to spend some time! The staff were very friendly and helpful when ordering. They have so many different options for food anywhere from breakfast sandwiches to wraps and paninis. Definitely will be coming back and recommend others to try! Nice place to study or meet with friends.
