The Bad Piggy Food Truck

Stopped y in the weekend. Cute little truck. Friendly and helpful service. Now let's get to the plates. The rice was the bomb honestly. Best Puerto Rican rice ever. I got the rib combo plate. The rib bbq sauce was sweet, super good. The grilled pork was good. I wish they would include more crispy skin though. The yucca was garlicky and not too dry. The sweet plantains were soft and sweet. But I wasn't a fan of the green plantains, they were too hard. Overall it was good and I will definitely visit again

Great food, great flavor, great service, and good prices!!! I'll be back 10000%%%. Pork had a ton of flavor. The only thing I'd change is add some garlic to the mayo ketchup.. but it was great still!!
