Summer roll. 4 pieces. Freshly cut green leaves, scallion, cilantro, bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot, tofu, and vermicelli rice noodles wrapped In soft rice paper. Served with house peanut sauce.
4 pieces. Cream cheese, imitation crab meat, red and yellow onions, scallion, and cilantro wrapped in wonton skin and lightly deep-fried. Served with house sweet and sour sauce.
Fresh mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, yellow onion, scallion, tamarind, galangal, cilantro, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves in coconut milk base.
Freshly prepared house signature soup features lemongrass-based soup with galangal, sweet basil, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind, fresh mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, yellow onion, scallion, and chili pepper.
Yellow curry. Freshly prepared curry with kabocha, scallion, yellow onion, yellow curry, and coconut milk sauce. It is one of our house specialties.
Freshly prepared curry with potatoes, sweet potatoes, peanuts, scallion, and yellow onion bathed in house massaman curry sauce and coconut milk.
Shredded green leaf, bean sprouts, cucumber, cilantro, carrot, and mint atop soft vermicelli rice noodles with our signature peanut sauce, crushed peanuts, and savory lime sauce. To experience the full flavor and texture of this dish, mix thoroughly before enjoying. Served at room temperature.
Soft vermicelli rice noodles in seafood base, bamboo shoots, hard-boiled egg. and sweet basil in delicious curry coconut milk sauce, topped with red and green cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, fresh green beans, cilantro, mint, and kaffir lime leaves.
Calamari lightly battered and deep-fried. Topped with sweet and spicy garlic sauce. Garnished with shredded carrot, shredded red and green cabbage.
Thick slices of eggplant lightly battered and deep-fried, and stir-fried with minced pork, shrimp, minced red and green bell peppers. Topped with crispy fried garlic, scallion, and cilantro.

Amazing food! Location is ok, for a place with this good of food it would be nice to find a more picturesque location. Service is average, sometimes good sometime you wait a bit & only average.

The Yelp description at the top of this page does not do Thai Ginger Bistro justice by saying g it is in a strip mall. True, there are three or four businesses adjacent to it, but the restaurant's serene interior conveys much more atmosphere than the term "strip mall" implies. The service is excellent. The menu is extensive and leads to amazing meals. Don't miss the Thai coffee or tea, which are served elegantly in tall glasses. In fact, most items have beautiful presentation as well as delicious taste. This is our go-to when meeting friends for lunch or dinner.

Great place. Good ambience. Modern and clean venue.Love the tasters they bring out when you come in to help people are not familiar with the cuisine understand the basic broths.They even bring out warm towels to clean your hands and face with!Dishes are huge. From soup to appetizer to main courses, portions were plenty. If anything the side order of rice was minuscule for the amount you pay for it. All the food tasted very good. We got several different plates and the only critique is the salt and pepper shrimp was very soggy. Traditionally it should be crunchy. Otherwise cannot complain.Do plan to be back. Service was great. We need to try desserts next time.Happy eating!

We get together with friends every year on January 4. I call 4 weeks ahead to make a reservation, I said my name 10 people 5:30on that date, the owner said ok. Then she called on Dec. 23 or around there and said she had to change my reservation because they were closed on December 24. I reminded she who I was and that my reservation was on the 4. I then talked to her 3 more times after that including 4:00 the night before. She even repeated it to me. We got there the next night. And they said I didn't have a reservation. I tried to talk to the owner who I talked to all 4 times and she would not talk to me. The hostess was very nice and tried to talk to her, and she wouldn't talk to her either. So we were lucky that we got 10 people in at p.f. Chang, they were great. I just feel that's no way to run a business. She just lost 10 customers.
