Thai Cafe Restaurant

First time here and I Ordered pho and it didn't come with basil, lime or beansprouts on the side but the broth was good . My husband ordered the fried chicken and it had no flavor at all. The spring rolls and cucumber papaya was delicious

We had a group of 6. We walked in without acknowledgement. After a few minutes, the waitress looked up from the bar area and asked us to sit anywhere. There were 4 other customers in the establishment when we entered.After a few minutes of browsing through their menu, we ordered. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and they were just trickling in. The pho bowls came out first. A few minutes later, the non-spicy green curry and fried rice came. About 10 more customers entered the establishment. While everyone was chowing down, I was waiting for my pad Thai noodles and my husband was waiting for his spicy green curry. Finally when the pad Thai noodles arrived, everyone else was already half done eating. From the time we ordered to when my husband's order of green curry came out, it had been 30 minutes. The people who came in after us got their food. We turned the order away.The noodles were way over cooked but as you can see from the picture, the chicken they put in the noodles were ground up chicken breast. I couldn't even taste it. I was expecting slices of meat. Don't even waste your time here. If I could post a negative rating, I would. This is the worst restaurant I've been to in years. The customer service is horrible. Our drinks weren't even refilled. No one checked on us. Their tables were sticky. Never again.

New owner, place is newly renovated. Food is a solid 8/10 but the wait times are usually 30mins to an hour or more long. I came here three times since the new owner opened because I had appointment here and I love asian food but the service is super slow however the staffs are kind. You do have to awhile for appetizers and refill on water though. So if you're hungry I don't recommend coming here unless you're okay with waiting that long. Last time I was here 11/26/23 the wait time for our three four dishes were over an hour long. The food is amazing here but helpfully they'll reconstruct their service time better.

Newly remodeled/ new owners. SUPER SLOW SERVICE. Literally takes 45min - 1 hr for you to get food every time, when there are no other customers present. At this point, I'd rather order take out. Food is better than it was before. Not the best food but the better option in this small town.

Food is probably the best Asian food you can get in Sheboygan, service is good, they always nice.

My dad and I grabbed lunch here recently. The atmosphere is pretty basic, but it's fine. There were two servers working. One was quite good, the other was quite meh.I had the Pad Thai with tofu and vegetables. It was good. It was unusually saucy though for a Pad Thai. My dad enjoyed a peanut curry dish.I had to ask the waitress about a beer I'd ordered before it made its way to the table.Overall, this is a good Thai option in Sheboygan, if not an inspired one.

Service is really slow. it takes them 15-20mins just to make two medium bowl of pho... and they do not focus on one order and making sure that order is done or satisfied first before going on and taking another order. They take too much orders that sometimes they forget our order and we just sit here waiting for a long time for our food. then by the time we get our food, its hella cold or not even hot anymore.

was awful and smelled like actual poop and dirty bathrooms.. food was mushy and made me sick

My wife, who is a native born Thai, and I were visiting Sheboygan from Bangkok one day so we decided to try this restaurant. We looked at the menu and then my wife tried to order some items using her native Thai language. The waitress was not able to reply in the Thai language as she was not Thai. We were informed that this restaurant was owned by some ethnic Chinese people from Laos. So no problems with that as they specialized in Thai (Type) food. There are many Thai restaurants that are in name only. The food was palatable but in no way authentic Thai. So if you are looking for Thai type food, I would give it a try.
