Perfect little coffee spot right on the Fox river. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating, very clean, they actually play good music, and the coffee is spectacular. We ordered a vanilla latte and the lava salt caramel latte. They have a good variety of food options but we opted for a breakfast burrito and breakfast biscuit. The owners are so nice and the service was quick. Can't wait to come back!

This is a hidden cafe spot located along the Fox River. Tempest is perfect for grabbing a quick coffee to-go and taking a stroll along the river path. You could also grab a bite to eat or take advantage of their plentiful indoor/outdoor seating areas to get some work done! This is a more bustling coffee spot and was super packed when we arrived.We decided to stop here for brunch and fell in love with this place! I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was very tasty. It came with salsa verde for dipping and I had no complaints (I love a good breakfast burrito)! We also tried the Waffle Egg Sandwich which came with a side of syrup. Afterwards, we enjoyed a little stroll along the river to walk off our food babies.

Food is great, especially the matcha waffles -- delicious! Cute shop and great river view. Very good service as well.

We went on a saturday morning probably like 10am so it was super busy. The line didn't take long to get through though but it was really hard to find somewhere comfortable to sit and eat. The food tasted amazing but definitely over priced in my opinion. I also got a iced matcha and it was really good. tbh more like a 3.5 because it was just to much at once going on and pricey. But if you're into the whole overpriced avocado toast, do some work in a coffee shop vibe then I recommend it.

Best place in town to get coffee! The vibe by the river is great and the coffee never disappoints. I do think the food is slightly overpriced but it did taste pretty great the 1 time I ordered it.

Loved this spot in little nowhere Appleton! Super cute, nice staff, good food & drink. I would go back if I ever visit Appleton again :)

Really good coffee and tasty food. The coffee is well priced but the food is on the expensive side. I got the biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was $11. Most other choices are $15 or more. The service is great and attentive. The coffee shop is on the river giving it a great spot to hangout and drink a morning brew

The breakfast burrito was fresh and everything u are hoping for from a breakfast burrito. The perfect blend of egg, bacon and potato. We also got a Iced honey latte that was delicious! The atmosphere is amazing, beautiful decor and the scenery is a sight to be seen. We highly recommend Tempest coffee collective

Food and coffee are very good. Atmosphere is somewhat like a cafeteria, a very expensive cafeteria. Waited a very long time for the coffee, food had been cold for a very long time before we got it

Great atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly. I had the lavender honey latte. It was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit.
