Tanino's Italian & Amer Restaurant

I called in a pick up order before work. Was hot and ready on time. Delicious 10/10. My coworkers hated me. I couldnt choose so i got the eggplant parm w/ spaghetti and the chicken parm w/ spaghetti, and a tiramisu. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely become a regular!

We always order pizza to go. Solid, amazing pizza and breaded mushrooms. Sometimes I will order from the bar so I can enjoy an Old Fashioned and some neighborhood conversation

Pizza is always great. My wife and I found the place shortly after moving to the area and we were so sad when they closed for some time. Now that they have reopened, we can't wait to try all the other items on the menu.

tanion's pizza take out and delivery.....not to sound stuck up but i think i can judge pizza pretty damn well.i mean if you've lived in milwaukee and your true milwaukeennnn then you know that the best pizza ever was "mr d's pizzaright smack on the corner of 21st and greenfield on the south side of milwaukee..the original mr. d's not that fake one way out on 100 and something they call mr. d's iinopeee heccccck no lol no.nothing beats mr. d's sauce the best out of this world.2nd in line would be lisa's pizzeria right next door to the george webb's off of east locust on the east side that is some damn good pizza.real pizza always always choose pizzeria pizzadon't waste your time buying and going to fast food pizza places like pizza nut demono's domino's papa john's and yada yada yada.now coming in 3rd strong almost note : keep in mind almost... slightly pushing lisa's pizza out of the way ....but not quite...tanino's pízza ...great customer service, great little menu,and every item seems to be pretty genuine with the recipes and to the point.i wouldn't stir you wrong..this is worth taking the time out and driving up there and checking it out.or have it delivered they do not charge for delivery fee.my choice is always...the tanino's specialpepperoni sausage green bell peppers onions olives, and anchovies... We've ordered here twice now, one pickup, one delivery. The Super Deluxe is quite tasty, and both experiences were excellent!

I love combing through menus of restaurants to see what catches my eye and this menu has something that is getting harder to find which is the Sicilian steak sandwich so I stopped over for dinner.The place has its own carry out section that is separate from the restaurant which is cool for the sit down diners because they don't have to see people come and go. My order was ready in 20 minutes and cost 8.50 which is very reasonable. I like getting sandwich's from Italian restaurants because I can order them on garlic bread which makes any sandwich delicious. The Sicilian steak sandwich came with a nice mound of steak frys.Sicilian steak is usually a breaded piece of meat of various quality depending on where you go and this meat had the texture of cubed steak. I'm really glad that I ordered it on garlic because if it was on regular bread it would have been a little boring because it's just bread and meat only. The sandwich was tasty with slight char flavor on a nice fresh sesame roll. I could jack this sandwich more next time by adding mozzarella and red sauce and them this would be a killer sandwich. The frys were awful because the were cold and dry and don't survive carry out well at all.The Sicilian steak sandwich has potential if you custom order it but as it stands on the menu it's ok. The sandwich prices are pretty reasonable with frys and I would go back and jack up this sandwich next time.

Friendly neighborhood Italian-American joint with prompt service, aging but clean decor, and no wait on a Saturday night. Standards like 'ghetti and meatballs, gnocchi, Italian sausage, all good. Boisterous bar full of regulars up front, two dining rooms in back, ample dedicated parking lot. Apparently pizza is the reason to come here, but we were good with the pasta and felt lucky we changed our minds after seeing the long wait at Olive Garden. I don't think there's an official minimum age, but everyone in here was middle age and up, except for the waitress.

Great food & service at a fair price.Our large group had a variety of dishes from pizza, calzones, steak sandwich, shrimp pasta, chicken parmigiana & everyone loved their orders

Had takeout fish for the first time since they had the fire. The food was excellent and very fast. So glad they are open. I understand the sit down service will be open soon.

I waited a long time to try this place. Finally did yesterday. Gotta say was extremely disappointed!! I payed $50. I only live about 5 mins away probably less. First off ordered my daughter baked mostaccioli! Literally came with just Plain noodles!! REALLY!!?? sauce was supposed to be on the side which it was but No cheese!! I literally could have boil noodles myself and Not pay $10!!! But I give the guy credit he did make up for that by bringing a New one! Which I do appreciate. But Pizza was COLD!!! NOT EVEN LUKE WARM JUST COLD!!! THE COMBO BASKET I WAS JUST EXCITED ABOUT WAS EITHER FRIED TO LONG OR NEEDS NEW OIL!!! WAS SUPER DARK!! I UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS A WEEKEND BUT IT WAS A TUESDAY NIGHT!! JUST ALL AROUND VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I HONESTLY DON'T THINK I'LL BE TRYING THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I WON'T RECOMMEND EITHER!! And I've worked in a pizza place before also many restaurants over a 20 year span so I know about how restaurants should be!! My husband is also a cook. I can say $50 NOT WELL SPENT!!
