Tacos La Flama

Great tacos! I've recently been obsessed with taco trucks and I've been able to try quite a few. This taco truck was actually recommended by another vendor who operates in the area so I figured I'd try them out. I ordered 2 burria tacos. They came with dipping sauce and were pretty good. The business had a nice setup where you were able to wait in your car etc. And they sent you a message when your food was ready. The tacos were really good, the wait was pretty short. I probably waited about 5-7 minutes for my order. The staff there were friendly as well. I did find the price to be slightly high. I paid about $12 for two tacos, a bit more including a 20 percent tip. This price seemed high to me. There is another business with the same burria tacos available that charges about $12 for an entire taco. All in all i found the food good, the price not so much. I doubt that I would visit that truck again seeing I am able to get the same thing for less nearby.

This is my third time back I love this place. Everything looks just like the pictures and videos do on their Facebook page & it's all just as good as it looks too!! The crunchwrap has surprisingly been my favorite thing I've had so far, the burrito a close second. Their Al pastor is one of the best I've had in the area & their birria pizza is HUGE definitely enough for 2-3 people. I always thought consommé is a MUST w birria but their stuff is so good I barely even use it, crazy. The people are always super nice & get your food out to you in the time they say. Remember it's a food truck so if the weather isn't great, you can call ahead so you don't have to stand outside to order! I'll be back again next week to try the birria ramen & get another Crunchwrap haha. Thanks, Tacos La Flama!

Delicious food and prompt service. Prices are comparable to other trucks. I ended up eating them an hour later after I hit some traffic on the way home and they were just as delicious cold as they were fresh.

The birria pizza with a side of consommé is our go to order and have not been disappointed once!! Last time we came here we tried the steak torta and it was amazing, highly recommended!!

If you're looking for some tasty Birria in Kenosha/Racine area, look no further than Tacos La Flama. First, let me start by saying the service is great - the staff was prompt and friendly. I really liked their use of the Toast app to text you when your order is ready, so that you can wait from your car. Now the important part, the food. The consomé that the Birria soaks in is rich, flavorful, not overly salty or spicy - just perfect. I have tried their quesabirria and birria pizza, which is their most popular items as seen by the reviews prior to mine, however the best item on their menu is by far their Birria ramen. It is warm, the meat is tender, the ramen noodles perfectly complement all those flavors within the consomé. The cilantro and onion are the cherry on top for the ramen and counteract the hearty flavors of the consomé well. I am salivating just thinking about this tasty entree. If you're ever in the area of 52nd where Kmart used to be, do yourself a favor and stop by this food truck. I promise it is worth it.

Absolutely love! Been searching for a good birria taco and finally found it. They were super quick with the order too. Well advertised and easy to locate. Can't wait to go back!
