They're still working out some kinks, I hope. Upon entering, there were several dirty tables. I found a "clean" one but still needed to wipe away some grease and crumbs. The menu isn't terribly extensive, but the prices are decent for the options. One thing I found odd... when ordering combo plates, you don't get a drink with the rice and beans option - only if you order with the side of fries. Ordering is fairly easy. Like Culver's, you will get a number and place that card in a stand on the table. A server will bring it out to you as it's ready. Ours took about 30 minutes though, for two tacos and a burrito plate. I guess I expected it to be a little faster since they weren't busy. Maybe it will get better.So far there's about 12 tables for dine-in, which is fine for now. I suspect it may become an issue if they get busy. For now it's fine, as they offer take-out as well.No hot sauce was available at the tables or the drink bar. This was really surprising to me since every other Mexican restaurant and food truck I've been to has a variety available for customers to use. They did deliver with the meal though. The red sauce is nice and smoky, the green is a little spicier but quite good. I had a steak and a pork taco - Mexican style. They were well seasoned and tasted good but were cold. That needs improvement.But hey, the bathroom was clean!I think they have an opportunity to do better and I sure hope they do.

My cousin and me went to Toco Pros for dinner yesterday. The Service was great 5 minutes to get our food. The food wasn't something to write home about. It wasn't bad at all. But for the price Holy Molly. For just me and my cousin it ended up going at $40. This was my first time at Toco Pros.

1st time walking in, i went to the counter and asked do we just sit down , and the girl look at me like she didnt know what i asked. So i politely said do u speak english or spanish ( because i speak both) so if the was more comfortable speaking spanish that would have been fine. she looked at me snarkly but confused so i asked again. She said yes. We sat there waiting for a menu water n chips this same girl brought food to the table next to us and they took an order at the counter. I saw those people take their # then sit down. So i figured maybe they have take out we sat for another 10 minutes and just got up and left. I really wanted to try it but if there is 1 thing that erks me is unfriendly service. I mean geez if i was suppose to place my order and then sit with my # you would think that when she walked by 3 times she would have told us the routine. Disappointing but we are going to el beso they never disappoint. I just wanted to try something new. .
