Sweet Smoke BBQ

Enjoyed BBQ sandwiches (pulled pork and brisket) and homemade molasses cookies! We also got the corn, and would likely pass on this side next time. Service was kind and it was an extra bonus to enjoy an Enlightened Brewing beverage with the meal.

Absolutely speechless as to how amazing this BBQ truck is. The food quality is Supreme and the fact that we can bring it into Enlightened Brewing and enjoy it with beer is the cherry on the cake. We loved the goat cheese ladden lamb sausage, the juicy brisket and the pulled pork. Absolutely 10,000% recommend

I'm unsure how this place doesn't have reviews yet, but they are quite possibly the best brisket I've had outside Texas. I've had bbq all over the country, a lot is just okay. They manage to nail the texture and juiciness correctly. Additionally, the smash burger is amazingly good. I wish they had a fryer to pair some amazing fries with it, but they manage nice sides without it.

Visiting from San Antonio, I didn't ever think that I would be able to find anything close to Texas BBQ while in Milwaukee. We had the Brisket and Ribs which were both really great! But the BRISKET was some of the best! On par with any Texas pit master! Perfectly smoked and seasoned with the melt in your mouth bite that all brisket deserves to have. Respect the beef!
