This is such a cool winery. They just opened in March and have dazzling beach photos on the wall. It feels like I was somewhere tropical. They also have wine and tropical merchandise to purchase. The wines are made from tropical fruits. The range from sweet to dry and are offering free wine tasting. You are given a sheet that list all the wines and you have the opportunity to try six wines. Plus you get to try a wine slushy. Some of the wines I tried were: key lime, white gold peach, Florida banana (tasted like eating a fresh banana), coco polada (their take on a pina colada), and strawberry blush. The Hot Sun is their take on a bloody mary and smells like a tomato. Overall, it was a great experience and the wine pours are very generous. The bartenders were very nice and you can tell they were having fun explaining all the wines. Definitely a must try!

We stopped into Sunshine Winery during our latest trip to Cedarburg. For one, there was a sign that said "Free Samples" so we couldn't pass that by, plus it was a new place from when we were here in November & love checking out new businesses! We came just after opening on a Friday- Megan, the owner, was there to great us and was very friendly and answered questions we had about the wine and smoothie mixes they have for sale. None of the wines are made by "Sunshine Winery" but instead are all brought in from a winery in Florida. The craziest thing is that NONE of the wines in the shop contain any grapes. I have never tried a wine that didn't have grapes in it!! We took advantage of the great offer to sample any 6 wines- I am not a huge fan of banana flavored items but decided to taste the banana wine and it tastes just like a banana laffy taffy! My favorite was probably the "Blueberry Blue" - it was listed under a dry wine but I would say it still had a sweet finish. I do think most of the wines I tried are too sweet to enjoy much more than a glass but I am still amazed that there are that many wines made from non-grape fruits. I think it will be an even better place to visit once they are able to sell wine by the glass. Again, I wasn't ready to commit to being able to drink a bottle of the wine since it was sweet but would definitely come in for a glass. The location is super cute & full of bright colors. The also sell smoothies & we sampled two of the flavors while here- they are designed to be made with wine mixed in so that will be a great feature too once wine can be sold by the glass. We left with a bottle of the orange cream smoothie mix & I cant wait to try this at home! Thank you for a fun experience during our visit!

What a great little place!A group of us stopped in on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. The store offered great tastings of wine not made out of grapes! The room is decorated with a bit of tropical charm that lent itself to the light fruity goodness that this wine shop sells. Big storefront windows allows tons of sunshine in. How fitting! The owner was there and was so gracious and kind. She really added to our visit. The variety of tastings was diverse. We all tried many different flavor palettes. I would say everything is on the sweeter side but we're very tasty!I picked up a bottle to take home and I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

This place is a GEM. Megan provides exceptional customer service, answered questions we had about the website and brought our order out curbside. Some of the wines had been featured at the Epcot Food and Wine festivals in Disney, and we're so excited to have them. The selection is fantastic, with an assortment of dry and sweet, sparkling, and blended. There's citrus wines, berry wines, and even some with chocolate. When Covid is over, we'll definitely be in for a tasting. The Sunshine Winery is a perfect place to patronize in order to discover new favorites and have a great customer experience.

The staff was very friendly and charismatic, however, the wine was subpar and really expensive to purchase a bottle. We came in for a tasting and those working were very helpful. The tasting itself was only $10 for a selection of 5 samples, a sparkling sample, and a taste of their wine slushies. All of their wines were extremely sweet, even the "dry" wines taste like sugar. They don't use grapes to make their wine, instead, it's just tropical fruit. So all of their wines just tasted like really sweet fruit juice. I wanted to buy a bottle just because the service is great, but after seeing the prices, I decided to hold out. I recommend coming in for a tasting, but it's not the best winery I've been to.

I visited the winery for the first time after seeing advertisements on fox 6. After witnessing one on you employees literally wouldn't allow a diabetic older lady use the rest room to take a insulin? lady specifically told her she needed to take her insulin, and the employee told her to walk down by usa bank where they had public rest rooms?? Wow that blew my mind! I thought that was very evil and I left without buying the wine I drove down there to get. We have to do better!

I was there with my wife and mind you we will not come back. We always give a crappy experience a 2nd shot before giving a review and low and behold they failed us yet again. We are affluent but humble, we don't show off our wealth but they seemed to ignore us and only want to please the other group and cater to their every need and I'm unsure why but they kept bragging about their money and the rude customer would raise her voice if she wasn't catered to.. it was odd to see a grown adult karen in real life. Anyways we were ignored for about 20 min so we gave up and left with our group of 7. We will not come here again.

I absolutely love this place! My husband and i found it during our annual February trip to Cedarburg. It was about -3 degrees out but coming in here and sipping my wine smoothie made me forget all about it. We were the only ones there for most of the time so we chatted with Megan and got to know her and her passion for her business. Everything was so delicious and unique, I can't wait to make this one of our regular stops!
