This adorable family owned business offers down home meals at reasonable prices in the Dells! It's off the Hwy 13 in a small little house-like building that you can miss but don't miss this! You'll be sorry! When you open the door to this inviting little diner, you'll be greeted by friendly staff eager to welcome you and get you started. The smell of food wafts throughout the restaurant making it hard to choose breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert! Don't take too long because your server will be there quickly for your order! We chose breakfast to start our day off right with dessert (just because life is short)! The coffee and tea were great. The food was down home delicious. The ambiance was laid back family friendly. Kids were laughing and singing, a baby cried, the radio was going softly, the coffee kept magically appearing -- it was a great way to start the day! We recommend this spot if you're in the Dells. If off the beaten path but worth finding. Go where the locals go! Eat well! Tip better!

Pleasant waitresses. Ancillary staff needed a lot of direction-I asked for waters for our group of six, the gentleman brought me one glass. Coffee did not taste fresh. Food was just okay, not the best breakfast I've had. ‍

This was a great place, I always love to come here! The food is great, the hash browns may need a little taste but otherwise, boy this place is great for children! The manager is very friendly and kind and likes to check up the others. The staff is very kind and cooperative, including helpful! The atmosphere is 90's, or vintage. Overall, if you want a nice small and casual restaurant, come here! I'd recommend this for people who enjoy both fancy and casual restaurants. Usually children pop around so if your not a kid person, maybe this might not be your thing. Once in awhile some workers may mess up your order or your order may come a little late, but that rarely ever happens. Just a quick reminder that not everything tastes super tasty, some food may need a little more taste. Overall, this place is fantastic. Love to come here on sunny days.

Staff was very nice and that's the end of the positives. Food was not great. French toast dry and overly eggy and the scrambled eggs were inedible. Bacon was cheap and the sausage gravy was runny. The coffee was bad. Not meh, but bad. How? And for below average diner food, I don't know how our bill was nearly $100. I'm happy to pay that for a good breakfast and have many times. But this was not that. Not worth half that. Don't get all the positive reviews at all.

You may be tempted to just keep driving when you see this restaurant, but that would be a mistake. There is nothing spectacular about the atmosphere, just a regular diner kind of feel. I would compare the service to eating in your grandma's kitchen. Super friendly, even the cook walked out in the dining room and asked how we were doing. Husband got the Big Bubba and he said it was great! The bun was so fluffy! Huge portion. I got the Virginia smoked ham and eggs, also very good. So glad we stopped!

Stopped here while on vacation in Wisconsin Dells. We had found some spots near the amusement parks and hotels that just seemed overpriced and poorly rated. So we found this gem that was a little farther of a drive and was totally worth it. Don't come here hoping for healthy options, but if you have a healthy appetite, you'll be happy with your choice. We each had a stuffed bun--my girlfriend had one with turkey, veggies, and a veggie gravy, and I had the Big Bubba Breakfast, which was stuffed with hash browns, eggs, sausage, and bacon crumbles, smothered in country gravy. We both were in heaven. And we paid only a little more for both of us to eat those huge plates as it would've been for just one of us to eat at Paul Bunyan's down the road. Also, it seems like a locals hangout with great service and groups of folks meeting and having conversations over coffee. Loved it.

Everybody working was amazing and very nice, and they were awesome with our toddler as well. Great food!

Fantastic food and very friendly staff. The portions were more than generous. The owner came out and talked with my family and I. We shared our military experiences with each other and had a couple of laughs. Highly recommend this tucked away gem.
