Steak Escape Southridge Mall

The lady that took my order was super friendly. The loaded fries is large enough to share with a few people, too much for one person. The sandwich was pretty good, somewhat dry by the time I ate it but I got my order to go. Will try again and eat it at the mall.

Like everything here at the mall. Some of their restaurants are good. Love the steak fries , the steak bowl is my favorite with the ranch- cheese & bacon fries. The one I had today was the Three cheese Steak medium sized combo. It tasted good, thank you. Will come back to try something else.

Steak Escape is a little better than most fast food restaurants. Their staff is friendly and very attentive. I ordered the "steak grilled salad bowl" which was outstanding. Quality , fresh ingredients and delicious! A little high priced, but worth it.

Well done. They always do a good job making a great sandwhich. 4 stars because their fries suck(unless you like burnt "fresh cut" style. ), their lemonade is small, their in a mall, and their prices are rather highBut the steak sandwhiches are good!!! Recommended!

Rude staff and their hours are wrong. Even though the hours say they're open till 9pm, they told me at 5:40pm that they're closing, and then gave no explanation.

My bf asked if the steak could be cooked a little longer. The lady said " you could've said that before we made you food" so we asked for a refund then she legit shot the money at us. Amazing food, I loved the buffalo fries they were out of this world!, the nachos looked pretty tasty on the menu and overall the service was just pretty good. Would definitely come back and even recommend people to try it when they come to the mall

Let me see where should I begin? Today I ordered through GrubHub which overall is an ok experience. The driver was not very friendly but she wasn't blatantly rude either just robot like. So anyway I ordered from Steak Escape Southridge Mall, way to hot to cook (lazy too)! I ordered a medium grand escape steak sandwich and a chickarito bowl. I have eaten from this place since I was an adult (am nearing 60)not often but at least once every couple years and I have yet to eat something from here that's been horrible (I am not including fries as I don't like them anyway). I think that for "fast food" it's pretty good. I live about 1.2 miles from Southridge and it still took an hour for delivery. I ordered at 6:15 through GH, Steak Escape confirmed at 632 pm and the app said it would be delivered by 7:10, then 7:20 and when it still wasn't here I "chatted" with GH who checked on my order and suddenly it was on its wayyyyyyy, 7:32 was delivery time. The food was cold! I warmed the bowl up and it was soooo good. Next time I'll get it myself. Once again I had to chat with GH as there is no place to leave a review, a person has to go through FB. Well I have no real complaint with food it was GH. So because I'm unsure of who to fault for cold food; GH and Steak Escape get 3 or maybe it should 2.5 each.

I used to love ordering from here, but after tonight, no longer. As I was ordering my food (an order I've made at least half a dozen times before), the guy starts arguing and telling me he can't do it. He won't explain why not. I ask if they're out of an ingredient. He says no. I point out where on the menu it specifically says the thing I want. He still says he can't do it. In short, fuck this place, fuck these people. They argued themselves out of a sale tonight and a long-term customer in the future.
