Spring Garden

Yesterday I went to Spring Garden with my Boyfriend . The food is so delicious. We ordered Singapore noodles, fried dumplings, chicken. And I added the house special soup. People are very nice here. The Singapore noodles tasted the same as I was in Singapore. The fried dumplings are just about the right heat level. If you are Chinese, you will taste it as very good. And I added soup due to I really like the food here. Meanwhile, I saw the girl who worked in the restaurant, sit and clean the bean with careful and patient. Make me feel the food is clean and reliable. Hope the restaurant will be more and more popular. We will come back again.

It starts with a very transactional order pick-up with one word comments. Name? Phone number? (and then the amount). No hello, no conversation, and no smiles.Then the food. There were no condiments in the bag as most Chinese food restaurants do. What appeared to be the same gooey sauce was used for the fried wonton appetizers and for the orange chicken. The orange chicken had a very few sprigs of broccoli, and very little chicken. It was mostly fried batter in the gooey sauce. It also was supposed to be spicy, but it was not. We won't be back.

My wife and I stopped by for the first time here. And not being familiar with the menu we had some questions and the lady snapped at us with her answers she never took her eyes off her phone her tone was rude I'll never eat here we decided Not to support this business we walked out without ordering I would assume a place that looks empty all the time would be better with customer service.

Have ordered from here 3 times since moving to Grafton last year. First few times the food was ok, nothing great. First time we ordered, they took our credit card no problem. 2nd time we ordered, all of a sudden it was cash only (don't like that but hubby wanted his food so we got cash out), and last night was the third, and final, time we order from there. Our normally $20something order was suddenly $35. Hubby picked up and paid for the food but didn't ask why it was so high so lord knows what they charged us for. We always order the same thing. The final blow was waking up this morning to our entire house smelling like death. I tracked the awful smell to our fridge, which when opened reeked like it had dead mice inside. Come to find, it was our order of vegetable fried rice that stunk so bad. I opened the container and the rice inside was slimy! Never have I ever experienced takeout fried rice, or any food for that matter, spoiling so badly and so quickly in a matter of a few hours in the fridge. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know what they used or if the veg they cooked were old but there's no way normal rice would rot like that. I wish I would have taken pictures or a video but I was so disgusted and the house smelled so bad, that the only thing on my mind was to get that rice out of my house and into the garbage bin outside fast! Will not be returning to Spring Garden after this.

This place was really, really solid. The Chinese fried dumplings are fantastic. Singapore mei fun is different than I'm used to but also very good. The general tso's chicken is very good and so are the egg rolls. The fried rice was a little bland. I would totally go back for the dumplings alone!

I've had the General Tsoa chicken combo allc3 time and the total amount of chicken was 2 grams ,and what you get is chicken skin that's coated with breading. DO NOT BUY THIS MEAL !!!! In reality , it's stealing !!

First time there. Ask the lady at the counters few question received a rude answer and tone. Blown away with her rudeness that we decided to leave. Do not recommend base on customer service alone. Left this place hungry and mad.

Too bad when this place first opened they had a very good chef doing the cooking. For the last 18 months the places is far from being average in quality. The young lady taking orders at the counter seems like she does not want to be there. Looks like the only great place for reasonably prices Chinese is in West Milwaukee by Miller parkway. Trust me it's worth the trip.

I order regularly from here. The owner is a very sweet woman and her kids help out a lot. I love the walnut shrimp, as well as her dumplings! The Singapore noodles are also fantastic.

We have ordered carry out several times and always enjoy the food. Great variety and consistently good. Our favorites are the pan fried dumplings and the beef lo mein. All of the ingredients are fresh and made to order. Service is great and they are very mindful during COVID for carryout.
