Spring City Wine House

What fun! I had no idea this shop was so nearby, and a blast to be in. A friend and I came early in a Saturday (4pm) and learned a bit about the process. We ordered a pretzel and a scrumptious cheese plate ($12 each!) and set a path toward trying as many of the red wines as possible. They make it easy to pick and add your wines to your tab card, and the descriptions for each are pretty spot on. We can't wait to go back and explore their changing lineup.

Great selection of quality wines. Very tasty flatbread. Knowledgeable and attentive service. And comfortable relaxing environment.

Wasn't sure what to think of this place but when I walked in I was so surprised of how cool it was. Wine on tap with Aerators! How cool is this. And if you just want to taste you can buy 1 ounce 2 ounce 3 ounces which is just great for me as I am a lightweight drinker. Great to taste the different varieties and they were all exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out!

This is a great little wine bar in downtown Waukesha. Love the concept of the serve yourself wine dispensers which give you the ability to sample a lot of different wines. Forty something wines in the dispensers and they give you a card that keeps track of what you pour. You can pour 1, 3, or 6oz of each wine. I'll admit that I enjoyed getting a lot of 1oz pours so I could try several of the wines before choosing one. Good assortment of snack foods available including a few charcuterie boards, a few flatbreads and assorted cheese platters. We opted for the large pretzel which was unique, baked perfectly and served with a seedy mustard and the large charcuterie board with 3 meats, 3 cheeses, crackers, nuts, and cranberries. Beware some of the meats are dried out and a bit chewy but the cheeses were all robust and full of flavor. If anything I would have liked to see a couple more dipping sauces with a pretzel that large. For a wine bar they have a pretty good selection of beers as well. Great afternoon experience, I will return.

Very cozy atmosphere and fun concept! I'm not a wine drinker so it was nice to try different sample sizes. Had some appetizers and they were good! A little pricy overall- over $80 for wine for 2 people and 2 appetizers but was worth it in my opinion. It was an enjoyable night and staff was friendly!

Great concept. Get a wine card, you get to choose what wine and how much! Comfy chairs, too.

This is a nice, cozy spot in downtown Waukesha. They have a "serve yourself" system for wine - load a card and try a variety of wines - or don't and get a glass from the bartender. While I was there they had an acoustic guitar player as the entertainment. They do offer a full kitchen and though I didn't have any of the food, I plan on going back to try their cheese plate which looked absolutely stacked. Overall they have a decent selection of wines though smaller than other bars I have seen that share the concept. This is a great date spot and one which I plan on returning to soon.

Excellent service. The wine selection is wonderful and they have a good selection of bourbon as well. The wine tasting is uniquely done with a card that tracks your glasses and quantity so you are overcharged and don't have to ask the bartender for a new drink each time. Their summer cheese plate was great as well. Definitely recommend.

I had the best time here with a girlfriend. You get a card and scan for wine. It's an easy and fun process. Not to mention it's adorable inside and money friendly!

Spring City Wine House has a great wine selection ! An extremely knowledgeable staff ... the service is great ! Lovely atmosphere !
