Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill

Server was AMAZING! Food on the monster Bloody Mary was more than enough for 2 people. Two sliders, mini corn dogs, chicken nuggets, 4 wings and typical bloody accoutrements topped off this 40oz Bloody Mary pitcher! Only complaint was we got chicken nuggets (not worth eating) instead of the advertised cheese curds.

We stayed at the Springbrook resort and this restaurant was right across from the property we stayed in. on the first day, we ordered some appetizer and brought it home to eat. We went back for dinner with the whole family and everybody enjoyed the seafood and the pasta. Our server was Annah and she was very kind and friendly. If you are in the area, definitely try them.

I was a bit leery coming here after the reviews but always try to give restaurants the benefit of doubt prior. I called prior to going to see if the restaurant had mojitos. I was told yes. When we arrived an hour later our waitress said they do not. First strike. We ordered a Bloody Mary not spicy and guess what? Super spicy, strike two. We added on the soup and salad bar for $6 each and guess what? No soup. When we told our server she made excuses and told us his long she was there and would tell the cook. After 30 minutes and after we were pretty much done eating she said the soup was cold and was never turned on. Never offered a discount or substitution....strike three. I had to ask her what she was going to to about being charged for something we didn't get and she just gave us a blank stare. Finally she said she would talk to the manager. Fifteen minutes later said she would remove 20% from the bill. Guess what? Twenty percent off $12. What a joke! Strike four. Mind you the manager nor the waitress ever came over to apologize. We then proceeded to purchase a T-shirt and no one had any idea how much they were. Out of the 3 employees no one knew the cost. There were at least 75 of these shirts in a case but not one employee knew the cost. Strike five. If the manager actually came to talk to us this outcome perhaps would have been different. No need for the manager to reply now....too late!

The shrimp scampi is literally just butter noodles and shrimp, there is no flavor or seasoning! Same with the mash potatoes! The philly cheese steak had very little steak it was mostly bread.

We decided to drop in to Spring Brook Sports Bar and walked into a packed restaurant. But alas, Anne was not only our host, our waitress, but also our savior. She initially warned us that the food may be delayed due to a significant crowd but we came as a group of 7 guys and were in no rush whatsoever. Ironically, and likely due to the overwhelming amount of patrons present she also became our server, and our trusted confidant. Neither she, nor I or my group had any idea of what was in store this particular night. This place was bonkers. A fraternity formal, coupled with some kind of 14-year-old girl convention, plus karaoke turned what we thought would be a chill beer / man session into a shrilly scream festival. Yes, the stage was set for pure mayhem. Regardless, Anne handled us with poise, confidence, and utmost regard. The beer was crazy cold, the food was fantastic, and Anne kicked ass. Hats off Anne - you're doing it right!

We went to Spring Brook for their Friday Fish Fry. We have been there many times. The reason why we went was for their salted caramel roll. When we received our meal the salted caramel roll had no caramel in it and was tasteless. I asked to speak to a manager telling him that they should not ever have changed the recipe. He claims that it was never changed and they've always been that way. Which is absolutely absurd because I know the difference between a regular roll and a roll with caramel in it. Instead of offering a discount he asked me if there was anything we wanted for free I said no. He could see that I was visibly upset. A good manager would have offered a discount even if the customer did not ask for one

Decided to come here for the Thursday night Packer/Bear game, while we are on vacation. They are on the Splash Pass for a buy one get one free entree. Fun, energetic place to watch the game. Lots of TV's for viewing and lots of cool sports memorabilia around. Feels like a hometown "up north" bar. We had a ribeye steak and a pulled pork platter. Came with soup or salad and choice of potato. Excellent food, great atmosphere. I will definitely come back again whenever I'm in the Dells. UPDATE- well we enjoyed everything so much Thursday night, we went back Fri night for dinner. This time we had the shrimp and chicken parm. AMAZING! Came back to update my review and upgrade my Yelp from 4 to 5 stars!!! It is well deserved! So we have one night left in the Dells and we've already decided we are going back to Springbrook for dinner tonight! All 3 nights eating at the same place, that should tell you just how great this place is! It will definitely be a must every time I'm in the Dells.

Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect in all my days. Went in for dinner 45 minutes after hostess seated us still no server. A large group came in and were waited on right away. No one even acknowledged the 2 of setting there. No drink order no food we left...

Great place, the bar manager rich is the best! Great food and drinks!!Great place to watch the game!

This is the third time we were there and it is my last. I kept thinking things would change but it didn't. Went for fish tonight. We waited longer than we should have for fish, 40 minutes. I had ordered the broiled fish. The first batch was luke warm and tough. The waitress said she would bring some more but that took a really long time also. When it came it to was cold and mushy like it had been boiled not broiled.Everyone else at the table said there food was cold also.I had really hoped the food would have changed for the better but it had not. The families I was with said they wouldn't return.
