Got the pulled pork sandwich and two sides from the Dragon Wagon at McGaw Park. The meat was moist and flavorful. The BBQ sauce was excellent. I love the Lust sauce. It has just the right amount of heat. The beans were sweet and meaty with a fair amount of chopped peppers. I thought they were delicious. The bacon mac and cheese was very cheesy and a little bit spicy. Very delicious. I will definitely hit this place up again.

Worst service I have ever experienced. My husband is deploying in a few weeks. We are here visiting his family and decided to get his going away party catered, as this is the last time he will see his family for 7 months. Smoking Dragons BBQ got the date of the party wrong. They were supposed to arrive at 2pm. We called multiple times once 2 rolled around and the food had not arrived. We could not get in touch with anyone for over an hour. Finally, when we were able to reach someone, they told us they did not have the food to cater for my husbands party. I am extremely disappointed in their carelessness and negligence when scheduling their catering. We will not have another party catered by them unfortunately after this experience.

My complex setup a end of summer picnic and they catered event. I got the Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese boat. The portion was good for the price and it tasted good. The only disappointment was they ran out of food halfway through event. How do you run out of food at catered event when given duration & estimated number of attendees??

Used Smokin Dragons for my son's college graduation and the food & service was great. Food was delivered on time and the pulled pork & beef brisket were delicious.
