I absolutely love this place. To start off with Stan, the bartender is so friendly and takes care of all of his new customers as well as his locals. I am a Local. Tim, the manager of the hotel sometimes will just stop by the bar and restaurant to make sure that things are running smoothly. I started frequenting this place when I found out that they had Happy Hour. It is from 4 to 6. They have 1/2 off rail along with their house wines. The domestic beers are $2. All of the appetizers are $2 off between 4 and 6. I have tried almost all of them. The fried green tomatoes are the bomb, 3 mini sandwiches that look like mini burgers. They have a wonderful spread on them and are delicious. My cheese curds are a go to when I am just looking for something simple. The hummus and vegetables are great and they can even make a gluten free bun to accompany it for those that are celiac. The sweet potato totchos are my number one favorite with pulled pork and have a burnt honey remoulade along with goat cheese. This is a meal in itself served as an appetizer. This has become my favorite place to come to.Tonight I tried the Wildberry Steak Salad. This was probably one of the best steak salads that I have ever had. It consisted of seasoned flank steak, spring mix , red onion, assorted berries, pretzel croutons, crumbled goat cheese topped with a honey-vanilla balsamic vinaigrette. It was only $16 which was a bargain considering the ingredients and the size of the salad. They also have touch tunes which I so enjoy selecting many fun songs to play. Thank you so much for making me so happy with a wonderful meal after a long day at work.

I had limited time for breakfast to pooped into this restaurant that was connected to my hotel. They had a fairly basic menu but the food was fairly priced. My breakfast came out piping hot which was really nice. Good spot for a quick and easy breakfast.

The restaurant is located in the Double Tree Hotel by Prime Outlets. This used to be The Chancery. Stopped in because I wanted something different to eat. I completely forgot about this place. Restaurant has a well lit ambiance. Wait to be seated is posted. If it's not busy, the greeter will be walking around constantly. I do say the bar side was quite full. So I ordered the Salted Carametini. It was good and sweet. As for the menu, you have pretty decent choices. I ordered the sweet potato tots with the honey mustard sauce as an app-t. See the picture. Mayo would probably taste better. They were tasty and had a light crunch. It was worth the taste, but regular sweet potato fries would be just the same. For my main meal, I ordered the Lavendar Citrus Peppered Salmon because it was different. I was extremely surprised by the lavender taste. Do not squirt the lemon until you taste first. However, it was decent as I kept eating it. It was nicely seasoned, perfectly cooked, flaky, and larger in size than I thought once I cut into it. The green tomatoes were nicely fried and decently seasoned. I haven't had fried green tomatoes in 40 years. The grits were perfect, but I like more cheese. That's just me, Lol. There are a lot of dishes here to eat, but I choose something I normally wouldn't try. Overall.......my experience here was positive, and i was full just only 3/4s of the meal. That's how big the salmon was. Lol. I personally would not order it again. The prices of the meals etc are pretty average except this meal. This is a decent quiet establishment for a date night to try another restaurant. Businesses need our support, so give it a try. As customers were walking out, I asked about their experience, and they tried the African soup; which was a little spicy, and the black bean sandwich was really good. Their overall experience response was good. Hope you all enjoy the pictures to include the light shows in the area this Christmas.

The food was well prepared. My kids are somewhat picky and they enjoyed their entres. They don't offer a large variety of options but the options were good. The service was fair, we were the only ones there and it still took a while to get our food. The restaurant is basic and has screens with movies playing. They were showing the old Moses movie while we were there. I would visit this place if I were to stay at DoubleTree again, as it is attached to the hotel. I don't think I would go there if not staying at the hotel.

Very friendly service here during a busy morning. They have kid options for breakfast including cereal, so my kids were thrilled. Lots of options for adult breakfast as well and reasonably priced. Make sure to bring any coupons you have from the hotel when you order to get the discount.

Shelby Campbell is located inside the doubletree and I stopped in out of convenience. I ordered the garlic parm wings and the chopped salad with chicken. The wings were ok but nothing I'd be in a rush to order again. The chopped salad came out on a pita and was cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. There was no lettuce and looked more like a sandwich wrap instead of a salad. I told the server this wasn't what I was expecting and she took it back. I eventually left and went to a different restaurant to have dinner. The service was fast and friendly but the food isn't worth the cost.

Decent. We chose this restaurant from about 20 miles away after looking at their online menu. When we arrived we found a pared down menu that was missing many of the options that we saw online. This is a post-covid trend that I don't care for, but I was hungry, so I wasn't picking up and going elsewhere. It should also be noted that this restaurant and bar is across the street from the outlet mall and shares space with the Hilton hotel. Neither bothered me, although I didn't want the temptation of the outlet mall to get to my wife. ; ) Back to the food, I had a chicken breast sandwich with fries that went down easily. Service here was a little slow considering the number of patrons, but it didn't bother us. Pricing is decent for the portion size that you get and despite not having the options the online menu contained, there were enough options on the menu to choose from. Cheers.

I must say, I really enjoyed my visit to Shelby's. I stopped in for a quick bite to eat since I was staying at a nearby hotel. I wasn't expecting more than a utilitarian meal. What I received was so much more!We sat in the bar area and it felt nice and cozy. There were a few other diners and the tone was relaxed and casual. The two staff members I interacted with were fantastic. They were extra friendly and helpful. They were attentive with bright smiles that never left their faces. Their warm demeanor brought a nice meal to a fantastic visit.I had a delicious glass of wine and my friend enjoyed a local brew. We both tried different salads were happily surprised at the size and freshness of the ingredients.Located just off the highway and connected to a hotel, this is the perfect spot to visit. There is also another nearby hotel and huge shopping center. Once you are done shopping and are ready for a bite to eat or a tasty martini - look no further!

Found this restaurant while searching for something close to the mall. There were some okay pictures online, so figured I'd give it a shot. When you walk in, there's no one at the front, but there's also minimal or no decoration. It seems like they are half-closed and packing things up. I get it. Staffing shortages. But, the sparse decoration seemed odd.Once we did see someone, they told us we could sit anywhere. A few others were dining here so we figured it couldn't be that bad. The service was slower due to the one server. They have paper menus, but a decent selection of items on it. We ordered the French onion soup, caeser salad and a burger. The soup was hot with melted cheese. The flavor was okay but I didn't finish it and wouldn't order again. They just packed like 15 croutons in so it wasn't anything spectacular. The caesar salad was fine but overpriced for what was received. However, after dining here, I had food poisoning symptoms. With the burger, we asked for a single patty rather than a double but were charged the same price as a double. Not that big of a deal. The biggest flaw with the burger was that it was raw inside. The fries were at least good. While we were waiting to close the bill, another group came in to dine. They asked if they could sit in the bar but the server confirmed it's closed. Shut down, lights off and doors shut. I really miss the other restaurant that was here. I will not be back.

Went with a group of 9 people; called just ~30 minutes ahead and they were happy to accomodate us. The food was way better (and more diverse) than it had any right to be, and our guy Nick was one of the best servers I've ever had. Awesome attitude for being the only guy on shift for the dining room, took awesome care of us, joked around, nailed it. Would definitely return, especially if Nick picked up the phone.
