Pasties in Sheboygan. Awesome! Usually have to drive a few hours north to the Upper Peninsula to get this Cornish Delicacy. Place is not easy to find. It's actually located in the back of a bar called Four of a Kind. I ordered the Traditional UP Pasty. It was pretty darn good. Crust was light and flakey while the middle was dense and tasty. Just the way I like them. Gravy is an extra buck, but well worth it. I ordered my pasty in the back of the restaurant (behind the pool tables!) through a little window into the kitchen. This area has limited choices for beverages so I went to the bar to order something else separately. Wasn't too impressed with the staff. Kind of felt like I was a stranger coming into a someone's local hangout (which I actually was!!). I just thought I'd get a "thanks" or at least a "have a nice day" as I walked past the employees as I left. Nice thing is that if you are with someone who might not want a pasty, the bar has a pretty nice bar food menu including soups. Pasty was very good, will give them another try and maybe I'll get my "have a nice day" then!

First visit to pick up a preordered Pasty. Ordered two Italian and two traditional. Boy these were delicious. They have an option to buy them and cook at home, which is what we did.The location was difficult to find, and we had to call and ask for help. The shop is inside a bar. You get a lot of food for a fair price! They also carry different foods from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Best thing I ate on a recent trip to Sheboygan County! I ate a lot on this short trip, but these were so good, I drove around the county, stopping at various grocery stores to buy more frozen to bring back to Chicago. On the first visit, we tried a Sheboygan (brat, potato, onion), Traditional, Italian (Saus, peppers, mozz), and breakfast (eggs, sausage). They were all amazing and my wife and I wanted more. Unfortunately, they were closed when we tried to come back, and that sparked our epic journey to visit retail stores for frozen ones. They bake at home really well and make a great dish for meals throughout the day.Try them all, its hard for me to pick a favorite. I love the compact portability, and you will definitely be full. Make sure to put your diet on hold though. For the restaurant itself, it is inside a bar called Ranieri's Four of a Kind Bar & Grill. It can be a little confusing to find, but its really just inside the first door by the parking lot.

Great local place, good selection of different stuffings but hits that nostalgic feeling of Wisconsin pub and food Grandpa would take you out for. Delicious and reasonable.

Found this spot on our way up north. Best pasty around since we were in the UP. They have several varieties, but the traditional was perfect. Get it with gravy. My husband and I split a Reuben and a traditional. They were both very good .They make their own infused vodka. My bloody Mary had good flavor without being too spicy. Our server/bartender was friendly.
