This specific fast food restaurant location is horrible. I have no idea about other Shark's fish & chicken, but this restaurant's standards in fish is horrible. I don't know what's with the customer's taste buds but I for sure know something fishy is going on. problem: * bones in fish. At least have the decency to remove the bones when it's all covered up with fried batter and seasoning for its price. You've got to Have some standards! It isn't difficult to filet a catfish as you would a perch or salmon. Don't be lazy and cut the catfish in half and expect someone to enjoy it by choking on it's bone. It's not a steak!* Fish fry seasoning is bland. Has no flavor. Just bit of salt and pepper. There's nothing going for it. * For all the fat in the fish, especially the catfish, salmon and perch, you gotta balance out the flavor or it'll taste fishy and gamey. It's like eating a pile of fat! You gotta filet and minimize its fishy and muddy taste!

If anyone knows fish and chicken, it's the north side of Milwaukee. Someone told me Shark's was better than JJ's so I had to see for myself. Went during lunchtime and the food came up in about 8 minutes. Ordered the catfish dinner which came with 4 pieces of catfish, fries, coleslaw and 3 pieces of bread.Catfish- good sized pieces sprinkled with a tasty seasoning that took it up a notch from standard breading. Be careful, I found several bones. Also, some of the fish was soggy in certain parts. Glad they included bread to make it into a sandwich.Fries- thicker cut and had the same seasoning as the fish. Pretty good dipped in the hot sauceColeslaw- small portion size, nothing special You get a good amount of food for a decent price. Need to try JJ's again so I can really compare them!

Delicious, burgers fries and nuggets are my favorites from there. Doesn't usually take them too long to make the food, and the location is pretty chill.

I placed a pick up order with this place and I was unable to pick up that order due to an emergency. This was Dec 22, 2022. It is now Jan first and the "Manager " a woman who did not state her name argued with me that I could not get a refund. Here is is Jan 1st and I have yet to get my food or a refund. She would not listen and would not even offer to fix the issue. After days and days of calls I get this disgusting excuse of a manager. One associate even recalls the order and stated I remember it was just sitting there. So why would I lie about not getting my food. I'm sick of places like this. Which is why I will be cooking at home! Pathetic excuse of a business. I will NEVER eat there or order there again!

The staff made our order wrong, when we called back they hung up on us. Then when we tried to call back to say we are coming in they would not answer. The first call I asked the lady for her name for when I come in, she said "legs" I asked again to clarify she said yes "legs". The lady made us the customer at fault for getting the order wrong..what happened to good customer service.

My Fried Chicken wasn't edible. I'm not a health nut but It had so much salt on it that you couldn't taste anything else. A steady diet of this stuff and your blood pressure will be through the roof. I don't know why carry out places don't realize that we all have salt at home that we can put on if we wish.Added to that, the cashier didn't have a mask on, nor did another employee who appeared to be the manager or owner. Put it all together and it adds up to my first ever 1 star review. I will NOT be going back there again.
