I was craving bubble tea and don't often get bubble tea in Milwaukee but I saw SereniTea had good reviews on google and thought I'd give it a try!It's near Marquette campus on a pretty busy road. Be prepared to pay for street parking. There's a good selection of drinks (tea, milk tea, smoothies, shakes, slushy, lemonade) but I went with a guava green tea with bursting lychee. The menu isn't clear about making it less sweet but I was able to request 50% less sweet. My drink was refreshing and I'll be back to try their milk tea next. It's a spacious spot and plenty of room to enjoy your drink indoors. Check them out!

Went here on a random late morning, we were first to arrive, so it obviously wouldn't be too busy. It's in the newly renovated Bayshore Mall. There was only one employee working at the time and idk if it's just that she didn't want to be working, but my biggest qualm was that she was irritated by all the questions we had for her. I had never been there so I was confused about if the tea was actually brewed tea. Anyway still unsure if it's actually tea, . I ended up ordering the Mango Watermelon tea and I quite enjoyed it. It was refreshing; not overly sweet. I ordered mine without the balls because I don't like them in my mouth. I think I'll try this place again once before summer is over since all the drinks are cold options. It's new and spotless. And Bayshore has a nice set up to hang out at.

Serenitea opened up my freshmen year on Marquette's campus. I love this spot. Phenomenal bubble tea. I would visit so much that they had my order memorized at one point. Vibes inside are super cozy and comforting. Great study spot as well. Staff is super sweet and friendly! If you're ever on Marquette's campus in Milwaukee, definitely give this place a try!

Was craving boba and it was perfect! Highly recommend this boba tea shop! Visiting from FL and even though temp was in the teens but it certainly didn't stop up for quenching our thirst!

I purchased a rose milk tea with tapioca last Saturday. After 20 minutes wait, (they ran out tapiocas so they cooked tapiocas freshly.)I took my drink home, and dank it while watching videos then I found out that there is a piece of steel wool inside one of the tapiocas. (it could be accidentally left in the pot after someone washed it)It was sharp and scratched my tongue. I am lucky that I sensed it before swallowing. I sent a message to the business and ask them to be extra careful in the future. After 3 days, I am still not getting any response from them. Please be aware.

I love this dreamy little tea shop! One quick note before I dig in: During COVID19, they're currently open for takeout. The staff wears masks and practices perfect social distancing. Came here recently for an afternoon boba brain break. They're menu is diverse and fun. I ordered their lavender milk tea with boba. It was lovely. Slightly floral and sweet--a liquid dream. The second time I visited I got a classic milk tea with boba, which was everything a classic milk tea ought to be. The interior is sleek and impeccably clean. The staff was super helpful navigating the menu (seriously, what amazing people they have in here!) and the prices are reasonable. It's so conveniently located for me, I have a feeling I'm bound to be a regular. Get. To. It!

We weren't meaning to come over here but we were walking by and the sign outside said bubble tea... we couldn't resist! We got a couple of drinks and left happy. The staff was really sweet and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Such a cute place and always so good. I've tried a lot of the flavors by now living so close and find them to be pretty consistently good. A few I haven't liked but that comes down to personal taste since my friend had it and loved it. The workers are also all always very nice and fast.

My first time trying bubble tea did not disappoint! I ordered the cherry almond milk tea with boba and my partner ordered the mango fruit tea. The staff was friendly and patient as we picked drinks to order. The caveat here was the default for both drinks was the larger size with boba and we weren't asked if we wanted to change that. I did feel old inside this store since it's on the edge of campus, so that's an important note as well.

Always friendly staff, quick easy ordering , clean, great tea!! I take my kids and sneak off for my own Taro tea fix frequently.
