Whenever I'm craving a sweet drink and I come here and order a Thai Milk Tea which is basically a Thai iced tea...and I hate having to go to a restaurant if I'm just craving a Thai iced tea. So I'm really glad that they have a version of it for me to indulge in on occasion. Located at Bayshore Mall....parking can be annoying but I typically can find a spot near them in bit in front. It's hardly busy when I go though. Service is friendly!

There's a large range of drinks and flavors available and the service was very fast. It seems fairly new so I hope they stick around for a while because I'd love to try one of their smoothies! It's located in the old gelato shop so there's plenty of seating and tables. A great spot to take a time-out and relax.

I am truly glad there's a boba tea place in town. The choices are plenty but I wish there were options for less sugar as all the items are on the sweeter side.

This is the second location (the first being near Marquette), and it is super clean and well stocked. I've been here a handful of times and they're consistent every time. They have a large variety of teas (fruit, milk, shakes, etc). If you are looking for boba, why go somewhere that doesn't just specialize in tea and boba? Also, it's in Bayshore so you can sip and stroll the Bayshore shops, or you can be like me and run over to Target to buy things you don't need.

Let me just start by saying I went here a Boba Tea virgin. I had never had anything remotely close to what is offered here, so was totally in the dark on what or how to order. However, I was determined to try every category (in time). I started with a chocolate shake with tapioca pearls and on my last visit had a fruit tea with a bursting. There are so many options, it can feel overwhelming. However, don't knock it until you try it. This is a cute place with friendly and helpful staff and surely something for everyone. A great addition to Bayshore.

From people I've known working here, I know their ingredients are not good. Their boba is nowhere near authentic. They also have the worst service I've encountered and this is from both employees and the owners. God forbid you ask for a remake when they make your drink WRONG. They will give you attitude and act like you're a nuisance when they made the mistake.The owners are also greedy, disrespectful people. They treat their team horribly and are the most fake nice people ever. They will talk bad about customers and even reduce customers down to objects they can just make money from.Overall a terrible business run by terrible people.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. So my Family and I went there to get some Boba and worst service ever. My son got a Raspberry and lemonade drink and he didn't like the taste of it didn't taste like Lemonade or Raspberry. So I went back inside to see if they can remake it or make him a new one. And the cashier told me No that I would have to Buy a whole new drink for them to remake it. And I asked to speak to the manager and she also said I have to pay for a whole new. I think that ridiculous my son Wasn't satisfied with the drink at all we jus wanted a diff one and they said No. I'm jus so lost how if a customer doesn't like it any other place would say sorry and remake it with no problem. This is the First place in my whole life that ever told me to PAY FOR THEM TO REMAKE A UNSATISFIED COSTUMERS DRINK. CRAZYY.. never going back AGAIN!

The food and beverages are top-notch and the service is really good because my friend brought ramen and they made it for him. It smells amazing and it is very modern.
