Let me start by saying this, I have been going to this store since I was 10. I'm now 39 and can still remember the days where they had fresh and warm bread daily near the registers. I'd walk in as a child and it was a clean and pleasant smelling store with a great selection of goods. Within the last 5 years this store has gone downhill at an extremely fast rate. The store is dirty, and smells like grease. The staff is ok at times but ultimately not what it used to be. I know what the issue is but unfortunately it will never be addressed. The management clearly doesn't care about the cleanliness of this store anymore which is why is smells like coco butter and old burnt grease. My last time in this store was today andI'm done after that. It's sad really, I grew up walking here for warm bread and milk for my mom but that has been ruined by the stench.

Very clean and I appreciate it as an alternative to huge chains that's available to my new neighborhood! Staff are personable and polite. Plenty of parking if you need it. Since I can walk to this branch it is very convenient for me. It is a manageable size so I can make quick trips without spending a ton of time looking for a handful of things I need. They were well-stocked on the day before Thanksgiving. As with most grocery stores I have a hard time getting good salad greens here but I have had good luck with their berries compared to Pick N Save or Metro Market. I was surprised they had capers in stock! Their bakery has Grebe's products. For some reason, this location doesn't have frozen shrimp in stock? I think you can do better with boneless skinless chicken breast elsewhere since their selection is often half-frozen on the shelf and only their brand in stock. There are affordable wines and beer for sale but I didn't see any liquor for sale so I have to go elsewhere for that. I have not looked too much into their coupons so I might need to do that to save a little extra money. I don't see too much of a difference in price compared to competitors. I look forward to giving them my business since there would otherwise not be any grocery stores in my neighborhood.

Continuing on with my Supermarket reviews with it being Wednesday it was Sentry time. That's because this Sentry offers double coupons up to a dollar ($2) and witha limit of three coupons per product. Forget Pick N Save, if you coupon shop this ISa great place to buy your groceries on its Tuesdays AND Wednesdays "Double Days." Located 1/2 block south of Burleigh on Lisbon Avenue, it has long been a neighborhood landmark. "It's what's inside that counts" and here you will find a wide selection, good produce and excellent meat combined with very friendly people that help make it a winner. A friend of ours told us about the store five years ago and we've been making the15 minute drive from Whitefish Bay ever since. What I enjoy here that you don't really find elsewhere is that employees actually talk to you. Furthermore there are no loyalty cards to forget, sale prices mean just that. So when my checking out total today was $37.48, I handed the cashier nine paper coupons worth $8.00 that were doubled to $16.00. I left the store having paid $21.48,a savings of 42%, terrific! Check the store out online and see its weekly sales flyer. Everyone enjoys paying less and this is one place where it can quickly add up.

There's the Clerk who is such a sweetheart. I would go just to share a moment with this kind hearted person. Blessed with snow of wisdom is the color of hair. Always seen at the second to the last cash register. I wanted to call to express accolades upon her alas the connection seems to go to a Western Union, or a personal phone. So I settled for here. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has been blessed by her company. Yes, this is a clean store, well kept meat, and nice service from everyone. But, this Cashier...Sweetheart. Go meet her at less. Buy her flowers.

Outstanding dinners service was so nice and quick !!! The catfish filet dinners withpopato wedges and Cole slaw were to die for !!! Price was reasonable ! Very impressed

over priced grocery store, every item is mark up $2 to $3 dollars more then other groceries stores in the area.

The store managers at Sentry weren't only rude but unprofessional. They weren't able to bring up the coupon Policy. the store managers told me as a customer that I was rude to them. When i was expressing my concerns. They processed to interrupt me every time I tried to explain the situation. The cashier always had an attitude and process to argue with me over the policy. She gave me a very troublesome experience. Don't go here if you want to use your coupons or if your expecting good customer service

Went there to pay a bill !!! They had a deli making hot food to go !!! Fresh to the order !!!! The smellWas AMAZING !! They had Fried catfish Filets ; potato wedges ; fried chicken wings fried chicken and then they have this AMAZING codfish battered deep-fried they had samples on the counter SO I walked over there and I tasted a sample OF THE FRIED COD BATTERED FISH and I have I fell in love WITH IT !!! It's tasted better then SERB HALL !! !!! I NOW I go every Friday after work to get some cod fish deep fried !!!! It's the bomb !!!! The service is excellent!!!!
