Employees of the store are always helpful. They have a great produce selection. I do NOT recommend ordering Holiday meals from them. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner and it was quite disappointing. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, the turkey, stuffing and green beans were quite unappetizing. I only ordered because I'm too ill to cook it myself, we won't make that mistake again.

My little neighborhood Sendiks. They aren't always the most competitive in terms of pricing, but when you factor in the quality of items they've got, you can't get them beat. This location isn't one of their bigger, fancier ones, but they have pretty much everything I need and are always well stocked. Their veggies are always fresh, and fruits are always juicy. I also love to get their "Sendik's" brand stuff, including their deli meats and liquor.

Sendik's has more higher end choices in groceries than other supermarkets, and some stuff you can't get at the otherwise superior Trader Joe's. I like that they have enough human cashiers, though I don't like that they say "have a nice rest of your day," instead of "thank-you," or "good evening." Remember, I'm old. It's really tight, so you just can't come here shopping and not have to say "excuse-me," "after you," and "I'm okay I've been hit by shopping carts before," at least 4 or 5 times on a light day. Their prices are kind of steep, but on the other hand, the ready made food is much better than Pick 'n Save, and even better than most other Sendik'ses. Sendiks's. Sendicks'. Most other Sendik's locations. The customers here include a subset that can be very difficult and might be named Karen, which puts the workers in bad moods and isn't pleasant to experience, but that's the neighborhood (upscale, entitled). On the other hand, because the shopping experience is so physically close, I've made friends here while shopping ("do you know the difference between these two kinds of soy sauce?" Well yes only one is gluten free Tamari, the other Kikkoman is the most popular brand in Japan, but you can get more variety and cheaper choices at any Asian grocer). The parking lot is also tight, and many drivers my age who insist on driving urban assault vehicle size SUVs will dent and scratch your car. Be very careful walking through the parking lot, and if you do drive, try to park between two better, nicer, more expensive and smaller vehicles than your own.

Spoiled tomatoes, spoiled candy in the Sendiks packing. The entire store smells rancid. I hate to see this. I live across the street from WFB location but will drive to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.I have written several negative reviews concerning this but nothing has changed.

I am new to the Milwaukee area and I really enjoy shopping here. The store is very well stocked and the customer service is good. I really like the household items sold in this store. The household items are a little pricier than one would expect to pay for in a grocery store but make excellent gifts for friends.

While I'm not as worried about the Roro virus as some people, I am taking precautions and that would include avoiding this store for the foreseeable future as the aisles are so cramped and narrow that it would seem like the ideal breeding ground for the virus. There did not appear to be anything put in place to assist with social distancing and I was surprised to see staff behind the meat counter without masks.Kudos to the staff, though, for being present so we can still get the items that we need to get through the day, yet the manager yelling at the bagger for being lazy definitely could have been done somewhere where I didn't have to hear it.

Me: (Dodge carts in aisles seriously limited by extra crap jammed into the ends to hawk crackers, wine, pasta, etc.)Sign in produce: JicamaMe: (looking through the celery root, beets, turnips...) Hmmm.Me: (to worker in produce) I've looked through all the produce around the sign that says jicama. Could you check if you have any? There is none out here.Worker: (goes in back. Returns). Looks like we're out.Me: You might want to take the sign down.Worker: Why? It's not like we're going to be out of it forever.Me: (to cashier) Hi!Cashier:Me: (to sacker) I'd like paper.Cashier: Are you a rewards customer?Me: NoMe: (After groceries are sacked and debit card transaction is completed) Thanks for your hospitalitySeriously, Sendik's, why are you open when this store is so clearly mismanaged?

Terrible customer service. Rude management. My first time shopping there today the manager who was extremely to friendly to everyone disregarded my need for assistance. Instead walked past me and ignored me to assist several other individuals. And kept side eyeing me. Poor communication skills or just lack there of. Not welcoming unfriendly. Don't shop here!

Quality has tanked! LOW quality, EXPIRED, spoiled foods, rude staff. Roasting chicken was mealy, Deli meat was sticky to touch, spoiled/food poison. Non dairy milk/creamer already expired or within 48 hours. RUDE staff. I don't mind overpaying for quality, but this is ridiculous! I don't rate low stars based on one experience, but multiple. Deli/chicken was this week, last trip was the milk, creamer, time before overpaying sushi. Ingredient lists are inaccurate and never corrected on stuffed pork chops and turnovers. They were using a different stuffing mix, not reflecting dairy. DO NOT TRUST the food or for them to correct the problem, even when it's brought to their attention.

Picked up a 1 pound package of ground chuck from the prepackaged meat cooler. "use by" date was today's date. Opened when I got home and it smelled of fish. Obviously spoiled.
