Was excited to try this spot on there recommendation of a neighbor who said it was great! Arrived for some late night chicken, and it was cold outside, so walked in the side door where we were pleasantly surprised with a big art gallery. Ordered easily on a large tablet screen off to the left, they were out of a few items since it was late night (understandable).Ordered an OG chicken sandwich with fries, an OG chicken taco and an OG chicken slider. We are pansies when it comes to spice, so were looking forward to some crispy chicken, but purposefully didn't order the spicy versions.We then proceeded to wait, and wait......and wait. I'm a pretty reasonable person for wait times, but it was us and one other couple, and it took 47 minutes from our order confirmation that was emailed to us from when we were handed our food. Regardless, we were excited to dive in! Disappointed that they forgot the chicken taco, asked about it, and he said they were out, so asked if it could be replaced with another chicken slider and fries, which he said yes, but another 5-8 min wait (fine). The bun on the chicken sandwich was a delightful brioche, and the chicken was crispy, but my gosh it was SO SPICY. Our friends ordered the spicy chicken on purpose, and even they were dying. The chicken slider was also made very spicy, but there Hawaiian King roll it was served on was really good.Our 'replacement taco' slider was now ready, only to see it was just a tender, and it didn't include fries. Waited 5 more minutes, and received literally 6 fries in a box. Total wait time of over one hour.Just overall disppointed that our order wasn't correct for multiple reasons, replacements did not quite make up for it, and the wait time time was unreasonable for what we ordered and the amount of customers. 2 stars for the good bread and everything was served fresh and (temperature) hot! Hopefully Secret Hot Chicken can figure out their timing, whether it's cooking or staff related. I would personally not come back unless I ordered ahead on Toast Tab and had a confirmation it was ready, and would check my food for accuracy before leaving.

The window is conveniently open late. They don't accept cash so keep that in mind if you tend to not carry a card with you.The tenders were served with potato wedges and basic dinner rolls. Took about 15 minutes to receive the order but it was hot and fresh. I would not go out of my way to get this again but if you're in a pinch and want food when everything else is closed, it's sufficient.

This place doesn't seem to exist. My friends and I tried to go to the address but they said only a WingStop existed there but there was barely any WingStop signage. Weird that this place "exists"

No more secrets!Secret hot is located in the Paper Table ghost kitchen. Online ordering is super fast and pickup is slightly awkward with groups of door dash/grubhub delivery folks congregating while waiting for orders. Once you get past that, the counter guy is super friendly and the chicken here is truly amazing. I've stopped a few times now and my go-to would be a two piece lemon pepper meal. The tenders are nicely sized and the seasoning choices are spot-on. If you like hot, they have hot. I like that they've got potatoe wedges - it's a nice change from standard fries. The sauce selecion is nicely done as well. Really a great spot and I'd like to check out some of the other kitchen offerings too...

Ordered on UberEats. The hot honey chicken was decent. Sliders were smaller than I thought they would be but were pretty tasty. More hot than honey. Sauce was different, I'd recommend trying it. Overall decent chicken sandwich.

The customer service is amazing, and the tenders with the homemade sauces are incredible. Came at a late hour and even then the staff was inviting and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!
