It's nice to see a hot dog and ice cream shop in Neenah again. Nice motifs and love the don't feed the hippies sign.

So I can get this ice cream all over Appleton, it's my favorite. SInce I was in the area I decided I'd stop in. The server today just doesn't know how to scoop ice cream a double scoop turned into single. Very disappointed in the service and the scoops. Really!

Ice cream -- divine. I had the ultimate oreo, and it was everything I could have hoped for. I would definitely come back for more!Atmosphere -- well, it's an ice cream parlor, which means kid central. The one lady helping customers was doing her best, but taking one order at a time from mostly children seemed a bit, shall we say, challenging. They also have a awkward setup with the register and the displays of ice cream that make it impossible to stand in line where you won't be in someone's way. However, they do have some nice tables and chairs set up on the sidewalk, so we escaped out there to enjoy our treats. And I loved the variety of cow paintings inside -- too bad it was too crazy in there to enjoy them. Prices seemed a little high, but I guess that's the going rate for fancy schmancy ice cream these days. I'd stick with the basics, since you don't need any extras to enjoy it!

Really good ice cream. I had the banana cream pie and another flavor with chocolate and nuts in it. Really good in a waffle cone. Sister had the rasp ice and lemon poppyseed, enjoyed it as well. Would come again.

Not much of a selection and the people working were more focused on interacting with their peers than customer service. I would not have gone in if it were not for street ball going on and definitely nothing to offer to bring a person back. You can go to any baskin robins and have a better selection, value, and experience.

The person working was extremely unfriendly. Theportions for the price were SO small, we could've probably gotten twice the amount at Baskin Robins for less. Those were kid sized scoops, huge dissapointment. Plus it didn't seem to toally add up with price... We had 2 double scoop waffle cones which are suposed to be $4.50 but she charged us $10 for them. We highly recommend finding somewhere else to get your icecream. If nothing else is open, just go to festival or Walmart. You'll be happier. It tasted goodthough, which is a shame :(

Disappointing experience at the newly rebranded Scoop Dog (or is it Dawg?). Visited 3.10.17 around 7pm after dining at Broken Tree. Finance ordered a double scoop of Moose Tracks. It was toward the bottom of the barrel so it ended up being about two half scoops, which the employee didn't say anything about. Next, I ordered a turtle Sunday. She (employee) handed it to me without caramel or cherry. It's safe to say caramel is an important part of a turtle, so I asked her to add it. She opened one cupboard for 2 seconds and then turned to me and said "we don't have any". I don't think she caught my wtf expression, and a line had formed so we simply left. In the future, if an ingredient of a sundae isn't available, tell the customer first. I wouldn't have ordered it. The ice cream itself was rich and we both enjoyed it; nevertheless we won't return to Scoop Dog because of the employee's lack of customer service skill.

On lunch break from work I figured I would head out for a Gyro since I had received a $5.00 code for a discount. For the record, I thought the price verses the size of Gyro was not fitting, price too high or Quantity of Gyro was lacking, depends on how you choose to view it... Well, my total came to $2.00 after $5.00 Discount code (Great!!)... Get back to work to open up the Gyro and theres literally 4 slices of Gryo meat on it and a small stack of veggies, I could roll one edge of the pita wrap around to meet the other side with about 1.5 inches of over lap... thats a SKINNY POORLY MADE, THIN GYRO!!! its was empty!! so my logic was, cut size and charge high, make profit!! offer discount codes and deals to bring customers back, only to give them even less ($2.00 total? = $2.00 worth of food) oh and lets cover up this "Knowingly, Poor Attempt at a Business Strategy" by throwing in a tiny 45c bag of Classic Lays!!! - Way to dissapoint, Scoop Dogs A.K.A BrokenTreePizza...Recommend: NOT for FOOD... Referring all Gyro Lovers to Windy City!Pros: Ice Cream amounts and price is even. fair. not mind blowing amazing, but definately appreciate the ice cream vs price!!
