They have an harvest salad that was amazing. My husband got the ahi Tuna salad and loved it, his was loaded with tuna. Highly recommend both of these salads. It was a busy Friday evening so we ate at the bar, service was great in spite of the crowd

Schmitty's is my favorite restaurant in the Fond du Lac area. Food, service, atmosphere and cleanliness are always great. And the menu is amazing. Today I had the fried chicken tacos with an Esquites-type corn on top. It was probably the best thing I've had to eat in years!I highly recommend Schmitty's!

This place was awesome! Massive variety on the menu, the service was great, and the food was delicious! My husband and I ordered the special perch tacos, they were the best fish tacos I've ever had.

Another great referral from Yelp! We were meeting friends in Fond du Lac for dinner on a Monday night and our last great Yelp find (Cellar District) was closed. So, I read a lot of reviews and looked at a few menus and decided that Schmitty's Bar & Grill would be best for our group!They have a spacious bar area and lots of options for beer and cocktails. We had friendly bartenders and our server was the best!We all loved our food! The Southwest Chicken Salad was delicious and paired with a warm pita! We are already planning our next dinner - but can't decide it's Monday for wings or Wednesday to try the pizza!

Absolutely amazing meal! We are from out of town and Yelp to find a place for lunch. Parking lot was packed which made us nervous about seating, but once inside the place was huge and plenty of available tables. Highly recommend the General Tso Chicken Grilled CheeseGrilled sourdough, breaded chicken breast, General Tso's, Pepper Jack, crab rangoon filling, fried broccoli bites & a fried wonton, served with mini spring rolls, served with Thai chili sauceBest sandwich I have ever had, flavor out of this world! Told my husband I would drive the 2 hours back just to eat there again!

Food was very good. Beef ramen bowl very tasty and flavorful. Egg rolls were overcooked and not too filled. Tuna bowl very tasty as well and plentiful and tasty. Rueben was great as usual. Lobster grilled cheese was soggy but the truffle parm fries were crazy good. Our server Haley was outstanding. Would ask for her again. See you again soon

This is a great place to stop in Fond du lac. It was busy when I arrived but they have plenty of seating. The service was excellent. My waitress was very friendly. I had a patty melt with onion pedals. Food was very good. This is one place I will definitely go back to.

After a quick internet search on our way up north we landed on Schmitty's. Lobster bisque was delicious and the fish specials didn't disappoint either. The staff and locals were very welcoming. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Thank you Schmitty's! We will make this a regular stop on our way North.

We eat at Schmitty's Bar and Grill once or twice a week. We order the Southwest Chicken salad alot. On July 28th at 12:37 PM, before they were busy, my wife and I ordered each a Southwest Chicken salad.After the order was placed with our waitress, it took over 3o minutes for the salads to come. We even asked once if the food was coming. When the salads did come, my salad had only 4 pieces, 1 inch long of chicken, and my wife"s salad had just lettuce and chicken but no southwest vegs. or spices.We complained to the lady manager on duty, who said that Schmitty"s cut their portions and raised their prices and was very brass about it.Questionable if we will eat their again.Rating- F. The busiest place where we've ever eaten I think! The staff were amazing, working together like dancers!! Friday fish fry was good and plenty.
