SAP Brunch

Really good food and service. We were there on a Saturday morning and they were busy, but did a good job turning tables. The robotic food carts were a trip, but cool..I guess? Both human and robotic servers did great. Food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time at SAP, and Liz, our server, made the experience even better. She was super bubbly, gave us all the details we needed on the menu, and really knew her stuff. I love that everything here is made with locally sourced ingredients, and the restaurant partners with small businesses--such a nice touch!I ordered the poblano pepper, and my friend went with the steak and eggs. Both were plated beautifully with large portions and tasted great, though a couple of dishes could've used a little more seasoning. But overall, the flavors were fresh and vibrant. I appreciated the healthier options too, like their kale, jalapeño, celery, apple, and pineapple juice. They also serve locally brewed coffee, and the berry smoothie bowl was a perfect light option. Plus, their Bakery is packed with options, so there's something for everyone!It's definitely on the pricier side, but for the fresh, local ingredients and the community vibes, it's worth it. Great spot for breakfast or dinner, especially if you're looking for a family-friendly atmosphere!

This has been one of my favorite restaurants since high school. Whenever I go back to my hometown, my best friend and I have a tradition of eating at SAP. I always order the Classic Benedict. The sap salad dressing is perfect, potatoes are roasted and paired with the perfect glaze. The vibe and staff are spectacular. They're always busy but their service is always 100. No matter how many eggs Benedict's I've tried at different restaurants, SAP's will always be my favorite.

Delicious food and coffee drinks! The wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. The selections for local food are a great option! We took home some bakery items after our meal and those were delicious as well! Highly recommend this gem!

Pancakes are out of this world good! We visited on a Saturday morning. I recommend coming earlier in the morning if you don't want to wait as it really gets busy in the late morning. Our server was really friendly and informative. Along with the amazing pancakes we got the salmon benedict which was also excellent. Everything tastes so fresh and I love how they partner with local farms and suppliers for most of their ingredients.

Had this for a group lunch on a business trip. The chicken burrito bowl was super yummy. Everyone else enjoyed their lunches, too! I did have a hard time choosing just 1 thing to eat on the menu - it all sounded so good!

We came here for breakfast after reading reviews on Yelp. We sat at the bar which was a great choice as we had a very attentive server that gave us the run down of the menu and the fact that they use locally sourced foods for their menu items. Everything we ordered was delicious. I recommend the chicken and waffles and the lemon ricotta pancakes. They also have desserts which we ordered to go. Still haven't broken into them yet

Breakfast for my first time. There were 5 of us and service by Otto was great. The food was incredible! The chips for my Chilaquiles were still crunchy and the flavors were wonderful!

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and great food. Only problem is it is always busy and it's very difficult to get a table. I guess good things are worth the wait.

Honestly had such a strange experience today at SAP. I ordered the special which was a scrabble with gouda, peppers, and bacon, quite good actually! As a side, I ordered brioche bread. The bread came out and there are no sauces provided at table (ketchup, jam, butter, etc.) I asked for butter and jam for the bread. The waitress first said that it's already cooked in a lot of butter and she would get me the jam. The waitress then came back with the jam and states she is saving my arteries by not bringing me butter. The table was perplexed that the waitress was not even willing to bring out butter after being g requested and then to comment on how it would impact our bodies... although the food is good and the atmosphere is fun, this comment is enough to make me second guess going back.
