Wow! I can't remember the last time I had such an awesome bite. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was exceptional. A+++Apparently Sandwich Hub Madison food truck makes their own breads. Our Philly Cheesesteak roll was perfect! It was fresh, sturdy yet soft, and covered in 'everything bagel' seasoning. Yum!! It was the perfect vehicle for the tender steak, melty cheese and soft cooked onions. The bite was just perfect!
