Once a year, we get pizza in January at our family reunion. The last few years the other places we chose were mediocre. NOT SAL'S! They had great deals. Friendly staff answering the phone. The pizza came promptly to our hotel and it was still PIPING HOT! Everyone really loved it!Thanks for a great end to our evening! And the leftovers were amazing for breakfast lol. See you next year

Overall Sal's pizza is pretty good (maybe a bit too much sauce for my liking) but the toppings were fresh and proportioned well. We ordered the breaded veggie combo for an appetizer. I should know better to order fried foods like this for delivery as the mushrooms, zucchini and cauliflower were mushy and no longer crisp. Ordering online was super easy and our food came right on time.

This was today's restaurant to support so I stopped by for lunch. It's takeout or delivery still so I called my order in. The place is in a strip mall with plenty of parking and small with 10 tables that was off limits. I looked at the menu and I saw a garlic bread appetizer and a cheesy beef so I was going to combine the two and build my sandwich.I ordered the house beef with cheese on garlic bread with hot peppers which was ready in 15 minutes. The package was pretty hefty as I left I thought so I couldn't wait to open it. When I opened up the container the sandwich comes with a huge pile of crinkle frys and the beef sandwich looked amazing with plenty of melted cheese.The cheesy beef on garlic bread was really good with plenty of melted mozzarella and nice tender Italian beef that was moist but not dipped. I'm very picky about frys and I don't like most frys, especially crinkle cut frys. The frys were the thin crinkle cut and just ok that needed salt.

Best pizza on the planet - and I know pizza. I'm from Chicago. From the friendly gal that takes your phone order to the delivery person with your order, every one has been super kind. Aside from Italian pastas, there are Mexican items, too. Daily specials, also. Go for it!
