What a delight this food truck is! My first visit was Cinco de Mayo. The server was so kind! I ordered loaded tots and when asked which meat I wanted...steak, chorizo or chicken, I asked for his recommendation and he said the steak was good today. So I went with the steak, everything on it. The tots were fried to perfection, the steak was tender and flavorful. Their cheese was plentiful and so tasty, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños! Seriously so good! They offered free chips/salsa if I showed their ad for the day. They were delicious! Crispy triangles with two different sauces so I could try them both. I honestly couldn't tell you which I liked better, the green or the red! I cannot wait to go and try something else!!! Loved it!!!

I love Sabores food! My favorites are the chorizo quesadilla, and the loaded tots....both are enough for two meals for me, so it's a great deal. Their tortilla chips are made fresh and are perfectly salted too. I'm looking forward to trying more items from them, like their new Elote or Mexican street corn. Definitely hit them up! Would love more dinner time hours...maybe til at least 6-7pm Fri or Sat nights. Thanks, Jesus and Emily. :)
