Sabai Sabai Thai Cuisine

Second time getting takeout here. This is a go-to establishment to order from in Lake Geneva. Not only is the food absolutely phenomenal, allergies and special care with dietary restrictions were not overlooked. That goes an incredibly long way. Not only that when I went to pick up the order the staff was smiling and so pleasant. That type of service is sometimes hard to come by but Sabai Sabai is one place I'll always recommend to people when visiting Lake Geneva. Thank you for being a gem in the community!

Disappointed Despite High HopesI really wanted to like Sabai Sabai, especially since it's located in such a charming area like Lake Geneva. Unfortunately, the experience fell short for me. The space itself felt outdated and lacked the cleanliness that would make you feel comfortable enjoying your meal.As for the food, the sushi was just okay, but there was way too much sauce on each roll, which overpowered the flavors. The wait for the food was longer than expected, which made the experience less enjoyable.On the bright side, the staff were friendly, but I wish they had been more attentive. They didn't check in on us as much as they should have, especially given how long the food took to arrive.Overall, I think Sabai Sabai has potential, but there are a few areas that could use improvement before I would be eager to return.

After being here half a year, I was so excited to see lake geneva had sushi! Their service is also impeccable. I love the ambiance outdoors, situated right by all shops downtown. My favorite thing on the menu, however, is the Pho. I could eat it daily! I do wish they would have cilantro and lime with it, as that to me is a staple.

Food was good, but service is real rude. First time ever I've been nagged to tip higher for sub par service. The waitress literally got mad about my tip and pointed to tip higher. lol the service was not that good, I tipped accordingly and I got yelled at. lol seriously. Never going back.

We've walked by this restaurant many times when visiting Lake Geneva and finally decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a nice outside deck. The inside was on the small side, lacking organization, decor, cleanliness. Wait staff were friendly and provided good service. Our server was sweet and attentive, but since she failed to introduce herself, I can't give her a shoutout. We sat in an inside room with large windows that were very dirty or foggy because the seals were broken so not a clear view. We started out with edamame and takoyaki, which are octopus balls topped with bonito flakes which dance. They came four to the plate and were good. We shared four different maki or rolls - spicy tuna, yellowtail, salmon and a specialty eel roll. The fish was fresh and the flavor was good. The rolls, however, were not rolled tightly so when picking them up with chopsticks, they fell apart quickly. The messy disorganized look and the cleanliness of the restaurant (and rest room) was lacking, so I probably wouldn't come back. My feeling is the front of the house reflects the back of the house. Too bad, because the food was good.

Just about the only game in town for Asian cuisine and is pleasant surprise. Great sushi and Thai food.

I have mixed emotions about this place, first off they do not have parking so on a weekend it is almost better to Uber there or be prepared for a very long walk. To add to that the wait was very long, but the gal who was our server was amazing. I almost feel bad giving three stars but I am basing the stars solely on her because nothing else besides the sushi and curry chicken I had was worth the visit. We waited 20 mins to be served and the food in my opinion wasn't Thai cuisine the flavors were a bit off. Lastly, there were so many flies in the restaurant that you really couldn't enjoy your food because your always trying to stop flies from landing on your food. I wish I could say I would try this place again, but maybe we will check back next year to see if things have changed.

The was by far my fav place to eat in lake Geneva. There were plenty of options. The springs rolls were fresh and peanut sauce was amazing. The drunken noodles had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Highly recommend to check out

One star, let me explain. Our order was 2 orders of chicken pad Thai, a side of sticky rice and a side of beef on (a Saturday) at 6:00. The restaurant was almost full and our order came out with in minutes! I'm talking with in 2-3 minutes of ordering. One order of the pad Thai was rather soupy and the noodles on the other pad Thai were very chewy. Clearly not made to order which you could see and taste. We asked for the bill they tried to over charge us. When we tried to point it they told us we were wrong about the price we asked them to show us on the menu they said it wasn't on the menu. We paid what we legitimately owed and never will return. Sad when they try to overcharge people just because their location is in Lake Geneva.
