Ryan's on York

Great food! Hubs had the smash burger, I had the grain bowl with chicken. We were blown away at how good everything was. We will be back!

I was happy to support a local restaraunt on a trip to the UP in Michigan. We took the Badger across the lake and stopped at Ryan's for a bite to eat before hheading north again. I was suprised to find an Asian Fusion restaurant in a small town in WI. It is worth the stop.

First impression walking in: Eh, it's a crusty townie bar. The interior is not what I would call aesthetic/vibey, but my mom loves this place so she insisted we give it a try during our visit to Manitowoc. We were here for late lunch on a Wednesday, and I was surprised by how crowded it was (maybe due to the holiday break?)Those RoY fries are definitely where it's at. I had to split them with four people, but next time I'm getting my own haha! Also loved the Door County Mule (and variety of cocktails in general).We also enjoyed an order of the San Fran noodles. As someone coming from Indy, I liked seeing some more diverse food options in Manitowoc. Also, loved that most of the cocktails/wines were under $8--that's incredible.

Best old fashioned I've ever had. The bartender knew the perfect mix The place has a great vibe too!

We sat outside because we had our dog along with us. I had the Thai lobster roll. My husband had the chicken Caprese sandwich. We shared a French fries with pulled pork side. We enjoyed the meal so much so that we didn't even think about stopping at Cedar Crest for ice cream because we were so full.

What an awesome stop!! This place offers a great menu with its own uniqueness. Offers a full bar and seating around a long bar. There are some tables for 2 and 4. Overall clean and good decor. Service was excellent. The fried cheese was interesting. Overall not a favorite of mine. It seemed a bit tasteless without the jam. The burger was the most unique flavored burger I have had. I say that in a good way. Don't let the look fool you as it's genuinely is homemade. The spicy noodles are just that spicy!! They were awesome. I wish I lived near here as I would make this place a regular stop.

The food and service is amazing. The is very eclectic. It is not your typical bar food. The flavors are amazing. You would not expect this from a small town. This is my favorite restaurant/bar in Manitowoc.

Hidden gem in Manitowoc!! In town visiting family and Ryan's was one of few places open on Sunday. Walking in expected the usual bar food. We were blown away by both the quality and the selection. Started with the cocktails. Awesome!! Then ordered garlic fries and Brussels sprouts for the table for starters. Fries were crispy and delicious. Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly and again, delicious. For entrees we had the triple zinger and summertime smash burgers and the San Fran Noodles and Egg Roll bowl with the fried chicken. Seriously everything was amazing. Service was great as well. Very friendly and accommodating. If you're under 40 be sure to bring ID. We will definitely be back!!!

Best food in town. Sam is the best waiter hands down, have a great recovery with your hand; you made us feel at home even though we were lovely and the last table you sat yesterday! Food was amazing, we ordered a ton and ate every bit of it. Spicy noodles, amazing with the beef tenderloin. Fries, I think you are making a mistake not eating a few orders of these while you are in town, they are absolutely the best I have had from a restaurant in a long time and I eat fries everywhere. The place itself is decorated with things to do on a night out in Manitowoc!

Great vibe. Food was delish. Drinks on point. Lots of locals so all was very payed back. Enjoyed it.
