The food is pretty good. Menu is limited. There are no salads on the menu. Most of the food is fried. Takes a long time to get your food as they have limited staff. The place is a bar with a saloon hall at the back. Very small with few staff and mostly locals as it is in a remote area. But the staff is friendly. Very casual place. Would be great to see an expanded menu but they'd need more staff. Overall, it's good bar food.

Rural, Rustic, Fun. The menu is limited to light fare, after all the bar tender does the cooking too. Portions are plentiful, prices are fair, and the cooking is good. Our hostess, had a wonderful sense of humor, and was bent on pleasing us. There are a couple of TV sets, a pool table, and a couple of the ubiquitous electronic bar games. This is a cash only place, but they do have an ATM right beside the 'Juke Box;' one of those modern electronic ones. One of the nicer amenities is the hooks provided under the edge of the bar for the ladies to hang their purses on, right beside their knees. Ambience is old town, back street, corner bar. People are friendly, food is good, prices fair. Dinner fare would make a nice addition, but there is no cook.

A solid locals joint for a good Friday night fish fry. It's a no frills bar with a bar area, a few tables, and a back dining hall. While it wasn't the best fish I've had (I ordered the bluegill) the sides that came with were excellent. Our server was awesome, super friendly and welcoming. I was debating between three and four stars and her great service tipped it over the edge to four.

We love the place, service and food. Our only request is that they serve baked potatoes as an option. We are low salt people and they are far healthier. I don't think they are difficult to make and would appreciate them. They deep fried beans are something to be experienced. Thanks. The service and staff are great but this would be a great addition to your menu and we could go more often.

Stopped by during a country drive. Very cool, rustic interior with wood floors and big dining room off the bar entrance. Excellent sandwiches, Friday Fish Fry. Nice wait staff, bartender. Will be back for the ambiance, service, and Fish Fry.

I've been here several times. Great food. Cuisine is bar food, sandwiches, pizza, etc. Good drinks, friendly staff. Recommend!

I always try to rate businesses based on the way they present themselves. I don't think they claim to be anything more than a bar that serves food. If they had white table cloths and a wine list, I'd only give them 2 stars.Nothin' fancy here. Your basic burgers and other sandwiches, plus a few wraps. If you're looking to impress with decor, look elsewhere. It's a local watering hole with the regulars slamming dice on the bar or playing on the machines. My burger (The Rusty Spur) was very good, with bacon and onion rings on it, with a side of waffle fries. Our group of 6 shared the combo appetizer, which was your standard "whatever fell in the deep fryer" food. Chicken strips, jalapeno poppers, cheese curds, battered green beans,.... Normal bar food. Service was very good. Bring cash, no plastic accepted.
