BBQ brisket and ribs were great with the three bbq sauces. The server was excellent and fast and a very hard worker. The live music and atmosphere was fun.

We went to Rumors this past Friday night for the fish fry. We had a coupon from our local paper. We will not go back again. The service was terrible! We waited 25 minutes to even get acknowledged (even though she had to squeeze past our table multiple times to serve other tables). When the waitress/bartender/dish washer did finally greet us and take our drink order, she took the table's order next to before us and they came in 20 minutes after us! The Old Fashion was just ok. The water did not taste good. The food was good - it just took so long for everything. It was not worth the wait.

I will start with the good...the one waitress was very friendly and did her best to keep up with all of the tables and bar. The fried cheese curds were delish!Now for the not so good:First- It took about an hour to get our food. It was not busy, maybe a dozen or so people there at most. We ordered a couple fried apps (1 of which was cold by the time it got to us), a salad, and the brisket. There was only one waitress/bar tender and I believe only 1 cook. There was also a gentleman who looked like the owner or manager maybe, however all he seemed to do was some dishes and several shots with some of the regular customers.Second- The food was mediocre at best. The brisket was tender but the flavor was just ok. In addition there was a bug crawling out of the salad (see photo). Our waitress did apologize and replaced it with something else free of charge which was nice but we would've preferred clean lettuce and no bugs.All in all we wouldn't recommend and wont be returning.

Stumbled across this gem while driving around checking out the fall colors. I'm a sucker for good wings and to say the wings were some of the best I've had is an understatement. They had the perfect amount of smoke before being finished. I also ordered the Brisket plate. Great smoke flavor and still incredibly moist. Wife had smoked Mac n cheese that she claims was some of the best she's had. Service was great as well. If your looking for a new place to check out and like BBQ, I'd recommend Rumors Roadhouse. The drive won't disappoint either. We will be back.

Wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in but glad we stayed. The inside is dated and "rustic" but the service was outstanding and the food was great. My wife had the pulled pork and I had the brisket. Highly recommend both! Give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.

Family Bar/Restaurant. Wasn't busy on a Monday night. Food was tasty. Tender Brisket dinner with a couple of sliders. The Mac and cheese was amazing. Turkey chili was basically beans in a cup. A relaxing experience, not a quick food spot. Drove from the Osthoff.

Our order was taken an hour ago. We still don't have our salad or soup. They are not busy.....the beer choice is ce, and the food that we've seen other people get looks ok. Speaking as someone who grew up in a family restaurant, the ineptitude of the staff is massive.
