A truly magical experience. If you are looking for a peaceful, contemplative journey, look no further. This is a gem. From the lush Gardens to the Japanese experience it was perfect. We were lucky enough to be there on a beautiful sunny fall day.Lovely place for a wedding. If you want to feel it one with nature, this is the place.

This light show had been on my list of things to do the last few winters but we never made it. A friend talked it up after I described a holiday light show we recently went to in St. Paul. I bought tickets on-line for one of the last shows before Christmas on a night when the weather was going to be reasonable. We heard parking would be an issue so we got there right at 4:30pm and we were glad we did.We were able to find parking relatively close on the street and the line to get in was rather short compared to what is was when we left. The line at that time was super long and given some people did not buy tickets ahead of time it must have taken a long time to get in.The light display was fantastic and it is hard to believe how many lights are throughout the park. It was a stunning show and well worth the price of admission. This was by far the best holiday light show we have ever seen.Highly recommended!

This is my second year making the drive to Janesville for the light show. It is hard to find a light show that you are able to walk through and enjoy, take pictures in, at your own pace. The ability to walk through was my initial draw, but the lights themselves keep me coming back. It is one of the most magical experiences! If you love Christmas lights this simply should not be missed! It was very busy this year and we had to wait in line to get in, but once we were in I was shocked by how "empty" it felt. That gives you an idea about how much ground is covered. The employees are friendly and quick to help as well. I highly suggest visiting this light show. You will not be disappointed.

They have a fantastic Christmas light display. Our family makes it a tradition. The addition is nice, I think they might want to think of adding a gift shop

The Christmas lights are one of the coolest things in all of Wisconsin. The work is so extensive and the effort is so intensive I can't give it enough credit. It is worth traveling across the country to see it.

Lovely gardens, cool gift shop, nice location, fun events. Spend about 1.5 hours walking & enjoying the variety of plantings. Winter light display is fun for all -- very busy. Inside areas are great too - nice place for events.

Amazing experience the other night walking through the Rotary Botanical Gardens Holiday light show. The tickets are $5 a person and so worth it for the holiday magic of walking through nearly a half million lights. You can also purchase 3-D glasses for $1 each. You definitely do not need them to enjoy the experience, but might be fun for younger kids to add to the experience. You could definitely purchase a few to share among a group as well. Bathrooms and concessions are available indoors before or after you walk through. The concession stand had a good variety of hot dogs, brats, sandwiches, hot cocoa, chips and sodas for reasonable prices. Not destination dining, but the money goes for a good cause and the hot cocoa is perfect after a cold walk exploring the gardens. Indoors is also a gift shop that offers a range of locally made holiday or garden-centric products. There were some great mittens, hats, candles, and decorated holiday bottles and soaps that are locally made. Great place for a last minute gift purchase if you need one!
