Rockin Jump - Brown Deer

I came here to help a close family with a birthday party as I'm a regular sitter. They were celebrating their sons birthday party so I got to hang with the little sis as she navigated the area, as the parents focused on the brother and other children and families at the party. Rockin Jump, for as young as their staff seems to be does a great job at keeping the party smooth and managing the jumping areas. So there's an area for toddlers that I could have taken the little one to, as the main area is not really made for toddlers. With all the older kids running and jumping around and there being openish foam pits, it can be more dangerous for little ones who are not being supervised. With all that being said, the little one and I hung out in the main areas and it was so much fun! She loved being around the older kids, watching and mimicking what they were doing. All of the kids were so mindful of her and very careful! I was quite surprised and pleased. And as I mentioned before, there seemed to be staff roaming around making sure things were kosher and even the parents, although having fun and mingling, kept eyes on their kids. Overall I would say it was a great experience and if you're looking for a place to have your birthday party, I feel this is a great option!

Managers and staff are rude and will just walk away when you ask them a question. Immature people and unqualified people working with our children. Manager Dominic was rude as well. I would not recommend this place if you want your children to be in a safe trusting environment. Suck!!! I would go to a more representative trampoline park. Bought tickets on Groupon only to find out they didn't except coupons on Wednesday's. I don't plan on returning so now I have unwanted tickets for this place that I can't use. I don't do business with rude people who don't put kids safety first. If I could give them a zero I would.

Fun for all ages! We come here around Christmas every year and have a blast. Fun for adults and kids. They have an rock wall, dodgeball area, zip line, and big high jump. We get endless laughs while here and recommend to all in the area!

The place to be to get your wiggles out. This is by far the cleanest and best staffed trampoline park I've been to. I love the toddler hours so your little can really explore the entire building without being knocked down by the bigger kids. Plenty of different zones to explore, music is appropriate for the crowd and the food is moderately priced. We did a birthday party for our son at Rock n Jump in January, and it was a huge hit. Room rental was sufficient, and you get a host to help you with all your need (set up, cleaning and help taking gifts outside). It was a little costly, but not much more than the average birthday party would cost and none of the clean up. Again, I cannot stress the importance of a clean location. I've been here several time and have not encountered it being "dirty" ever. It's a winter time life saver! Kids acting crazy, take em' to Rock n Jump to burn off some energy.

This is the worst indoor trampoline place I have ever been to in my life: it is pricy, staff members and managers have no working skills, nor customer service skills... check-in process was painful to watch, as staff members were not paying attention to anything they were doing; we had to ask for help twice during the 2 hours we were there: once because kids boots were misplaced after a birthday party, and it took us 30 minutes to find them without anyone's assistance. Secondly, I had to complain to the manager of the place regarding the Dodgeball area: some young adults decided to have fun with purposely aiming at my 2 boys heads during dodgeball play. At the end of it, feedback was given about poor customer service skills but I am pretty sure nothing will be done about it. Very disappointing...

This is one of my children favorite place but the female staff watching the kids tonight on the floor was rude and displayed jump shouting thank God and couldn't wait til the kids go home. If they want kids to leave early then they should close 25min early and not charge a full hour so this staff can hurry and go home. She purposely cut in front of my kids and didn't say excuse me. Manors and customer service should last until close time and after. I like it better when the owners are present.

Decided to venture to Rockin Jump on a day off of school with my 5 and 2 year old. The advertised, "Tot Time," where children only under 6 are allowed from 9-11am was not followed today. A middle school field trip, which I'm sure was a great money maker for the business, took over most of the space. With only two people working, lines were incredibly long to get anything to drink or eat - 15-20 minutes, and the place was just a zoo. My 2 year old was completely pummeled by one of the middle school students, not on a trampoline, but waiting in line for water. She cannot walk on her right foot and we will probably be visiting urgent care later this afternoon. Safety was a MAJOR issue today and unfortunately our family was the brunt of the complete mismanagement and false advertising of this local business. We will not be returning.

The absolute best place in Milwaukee to let you kid burn off their zoomies. Wonderful accommodations for birthday parties. Pretty decent pizza.

Well run, family owned and always a great time! The prices are very reasonable compared to the other local options for indoor play. We will be back many times again and my boys want every birthday party at Rockin Jump:)

So grateful that Rockin' Jump is open again! It was great that the kids could have fun and feel safe. Loads of sanitizing stations and staff frequently sanitizing high tough areas. Staff and guests were wearing masks. We will be back soon!
